Bungalow in the countryside between Nazareth and Tahiche. Private pool (about 7 x 3 m) with sun terrace. Living-dining room with large windows, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. Location in a large garden. Living / dining room with brick sofa in Canarian style, dining table for 4 persons, TV. Bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with shower. Open kitchen with small fridge (with freezer), ceramic hob, small grill-oven. Second bedroom with sofa bed (about 140 x 200 cm). Terrace with a large parasol, from the front of the sea. The pool is solar heated, but has no cover. For babies and children the bungalow is not suitable. , Attention: There are three (friendly) dogs on the site, which one sees and barks from time to time.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Sie bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Ein großes ummauertes Gartengelände mit den für Lanzarote typischen Bepflanzungen und weißen Wegen durch den Garten lassen einem die Möglichkeit zur Entspannung und Entdeckung. Das gesamte Grundstück liegt am Hang und man hat im Garten Blick auf das Meer. Da stören auch die Überflüge - je nach Windrichtung - der Abflüge oder Landeanflüge von und nach Arrecife nicht! Der Pool ist großartig! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat gut funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Der Bungalow befindet sich in einer parkähnlichen Anlage, die auf den ersten Blick schön gestaltet aussieht, bei genauerem hinsehen fällt allerdings auf, das in letzter Zeit nichts mehr in die Modernisierung der Anlage investiert wurde. Anscheinend hat jemand mit viel Herzblut die Anlage aufgebaut, jedoch scheint momentan niemand mehr da zu sein der sich um die Anlage kümmert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt und teilweise nicht mehr funktionell. Die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft lies leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Spinnweben in den Schränken, die Ablageflächen waren verstaubt, der Duschvorhang war schmutzig und unten angegammelt, es gab zudem Wasserschäden an der Decke im dritten Zimmer die scheinbar schon länger bestehen. Im Aussenbereich wurde wohl schon länger auch nichts mehr gemacht, der Tisch auf der Terrasse war total verdreckt. Der Pool sieht auch schon sehr abgenutzt aus und die Pumpe pfeift ununterbrochen. Was wir persönlich sehr schade fanden war, das die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr schwierig war. Obwohl in der Ausschreibung steht dass Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen wird, konnte die Vermieterin ausschliesslich Spanisch. Zudem bekamen wir nur nach Nachfrage nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Eine Informationsmappe für Gäste (Müllentsorgung, etc.) wäre hilfreich gewesen. Es ist ruhig gelegen, der Ausblick ist schön und man kann das Meer sehen. Das Anwesen hat durchaus potential wenn man Zeit und Liebe investiert.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. C'est une île magnifique à découvrir, nous en avons pris plein les yeux ! Merci à Maria pour son accueil et à Rodolfo le propriétaire pour sa discrétion et sa sympathie quand on l'apercevait. Le logement est très bien placé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île, au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les volcans et le petit plus : la piscine privée.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 10 Tage und 3 Personen gemietet. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett haben aber kaum englisch gesprochen. Aber mit Händen und Füßen geht das auch. Die Wohnung war sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Der pool wurde einmal Grundgereinigt. Die GPS Daten sind nicht zu gebrauchen, man sollte sich die Adresse zusätzlich dazu rausschreiben. Das Schlafsofa ist ziemlich unbequem und leider hat man im 2 Schlafzimmer und am Fenster neben dem Eingang zwei Wasserschäden gesehen die nicht großartig beseitigt wurden. Mit kleinen Salamander kann man echt leben dort aber was garnicht geht sind die Haufenweise Ameisen, erst im Schlafzimmer dann um anderen Schlafzimmer, Küche dakamen Sie aus dem Schrank. Zum glück stand schon Ameisenspray bereit.

Petite perle à Lanzarote

La maison de Rodolfo est parfaite, confortable, éloignée des endroits bondés de touristes.Le soir piscine est apéros en toute tranquillité.La journée vous pouvez visiter l’île sans problème, la maison est située entre nord et sud, et l’île n’est pas très grande.Merci à Maria pour l’accueil et merci à Rodolfo pour sa discrétion et son sourire quotidien.Nous conseillons d’y venir.

Great stay in a lovely bungalow

We had an amazing time. The place has everything you need to have a great holiday. It could do with a bit of TLC but we have really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Excellent location to explore the island. The pool was lovely and sheltered, even on a windy day, and the garden and views were amazing.

Schöne FeWo in toller Lage, leider mit einigen gravierenden Mängeln beim Houskeeping.

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande eines weitläufigen Gebäudekomplexes, der lediglich von einem alten Herrn, der hier seinen Lebensabend zurückgezogen verbringt, bewohnt wird. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben im großen Bett gut geschlafen. Vom Wohnzimmer und von der großen Veranda aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die von Vulkankegeln geprägte Landschaft und das Meer. Die gut möblierte Veranda ist auf einer Seite durch eine Mauer windgeschützt. Sensationell der große, parkähnliche Garten mit Palmen und Sukkulenten. Von Cabrera aus kann man wegen der zentralen Lage die Insel mit dem PKW optimal erkunden und die nähere Umgebung lädt zum Wandern einWir würden die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter empfehlen, allerdings sollten Mängel beim Housekeeping abgestellt werden. Die Abflüsse von Duschwanne und Waschbecken im Badezimmer waren verstopft. Schon bei normalem Duschen drohte Überschwemmung und es dauerte lange bis das Abwasser versickerte. Das sollte bei der Reinigung auffallen und müsste einfach zu beheben sein. Das Problem scheint schon länger zu bestehen, wie der verdreckte Zustand der unteren Ränder des Duschvorhangs vermuten lässt. Auch in der eigentlich gut ausgestatteten Küche war der alte, total vereiste Kühlschrank, dessen Tür nicht richtig zu verschließen war, ein Ärgernis. Ein Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche erfolgte während unserer 16-tägigen Anwesenheit nicht und die zuständige Person nahm keinen Kontakt mit uns auf.

Un petit coin de paradis

Un logement absolument parfait, d'une grande propreté et dans lequel il ne manque rien pour passer un très agréable séjour. Dans la chambre principale, grand lit au matelas très confortable avec des couettes individuelles. Le WiFi n'est, certes, pas des plus performants, mais cela nous suffisait grandement. La piscine est incontestablement un plus, de même que la terrasse. Y prendre nos petits-déjeuner en compagnie de Momo nous manque déjà ! La localisation est, elle, idéale pour qui souhaite découvrir Lanzarote.

Perfect Oasis

The property is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a quiet retreat away from the more touristy areas of the island, but with a car everywhere is easily accessible. The owners are lovely as are their dogs,esp Momo who came to see us every day.

Petit coin de paradis au calme

Logement idéalement situé, loin de la foule, mais proche de tout ce qu'il faut voir sur l'île. De plus, la maison se trouvant légèrement en hauteur par rapport à la plage, il y règne une brise permanente fort agréable qui nous fait oublier la chaleur.

Peaceful and beautiful retreat.

We choose this property for the private pool in beautiful garden and central in the island. And it exceeded our expectations. It is important to be aware that there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and that a lot of restaurants in Spain are shut between 1600 and 2000 hours (though perhaps not in big resorts like Costa Teguise 15 mins away). However, 4 minutes away we found a wonderful local and low priced panaderia, for cakes, sandwiches and bread, eat in or para llevar, which we loved, and we enjoyed making some of our own meals.

Logement très bien situé au calme avec la piscine privative. Le micro onde serait un plus ainsi qu'une machine à café. Un bémol: à notre arrivée tardive suite à un problème de gps nous avons essayé d'appeler plusieurs fois le propriétaire sans succès.

Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden.Der Gastgeber ist nett und zurückhaltend und die Lage perfekt für alle Ausflüge. Das Häuschen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet.Es ist von Vorteil, wenn man Hunde mag.Die Hunde des Eigentümers laufen im Garten und nehmen auch friedlich Kontakt auf.

Schönes Appartement und Pool in tollem Garten

Unser Vermieter Rudolfo war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns mit einer Flasche Weißwein und tollen Obst-Korb überrascht. Wir waren 3 Wochen da und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Schönes Appartement mit privaten Pool. Auf Lanzarote gibt unglaublich viel zu entdecken, schwarze Landschaft mit Vulkanen, Lava und super Strände (schwarze aber auch weiße). Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto.
