The location of the property was excellent with views straight over the harbour where we could watch the fishermen in the morning from the balcony and dine at lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Adam was an excellent host who answered every query instantly, we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and we will definitely return.

Excellent property and location. Brilliant if you like a swim in the sea The only downside was no Aircon but we knew that before we booked but Adam has said this will be installed within the next 12 months or so. Excellent communication from Adam from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This property would be a 10 if based purely upon its aspect overlooking the harbour however whilst it been updated in some respects it is a little tired in places. It’s in a quiet part of town which is great to ‘get away from it all’ but is within easy reach of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Car parking can be a challenge it wasn’t until my final day that I managed to secure a spot outside the property. With a little bit more updating this property would be a 10.

We were due to stay 5 nights at Adam's apartment in Puerto del Carmen old town, however, having checked in and stayed 1 night, we decided to leave. Not because there was anything wrong with the apartment itself - the apartment was lovely. Disappointingly, the small pool on the complex was empty at the time of our stay, which is unfortunate, because the disabled member of our party was looking forward to that the most. We decided to check into a nearby hotel and communicated with both Adam and VRBO throughout. We appreciate the swift resolution in the form of a refund.
