Charming apartment on the frontline of Puerto del Carmen promenade right in the in middle of all amenities. It has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated.
It is made up of a spacious and sunny terrace with fantastic ocean views with seating area perfect for creating memories, a nice open plan living room with flat screen SmartTV49 and a kitchen area fully functional for cooking and fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils. Find an open shower concept within the bedroom with a comfortable double bed to relax in after a day exploring the lovely island of Lanzarote. Free Wifi and A/C in the whole apartment. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. Modern style and just recently renovated this apartment is 100% what you are looking for.
Wake up, sit on the terrace with your coffee before treating yourself with an early swim in the pool or ocean. Otherwise stay at home on the sunny terrace to enjoy the sunsets while having a nice Malvasia wine or just put on your trainers and enjoy a walk along the promenade into the lively town of Puerto del Carmen or towards the beautiful Marina of Puerto Calero. Sitting on the terrace you will be able to enjoy Lanzarotes impressive sunsets.
The apartment it is located by the picturesque harbor area of Puerto del Carmen, ideal for mornings and afternoon walks along the promenade. Along the promenade you will find all kind of facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars, etc…
Puerto del Carmen is a great base to visit Lanzarote you get easy connections to the main road that leads to the main touristic attractions such as the most lunar landscape of Timanfaya National Park, the Janubio salt pans or La Geria where the wine happens. Also many other attractions are available for the whole family such as shopping mall, Rancho texas or the Golf course.

Fabulous apartment, furnished beautifully, perfect location. Oscar met us at the apartment and showed us around including how to access the walkway to the harbour. The view was amazing. Great apartment. Very well equipped. Everything you need. Location lovely - although it is on a walkway and people like to investigate the properties when walking past. Pics of apartment listed are a little out of date. The shower is no longer in the bedroom but is now located in a perfect shower room/toilet. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a utility room tucked away at front of apartment. I would highly recommend this accommodation. There is a pool for the use of the properties and a nice communal area to enjoy company if you choose to do so.

Perfect in every way...

We absolutely loved our holiday and it was mostly down to this perfect little apartment! Oscar greeted us upon arrival of our taxi, and brought us to the apartment where he showed us where everything was. He then took us on a little walking tour of the old town, pointing out all the highlights and answered any questions we had. The apartment was the perfect size for two people and had everything you could possibly need including dressing gowns (in blue and pink), a proper hairdryer, a coffee machine and juicing machine. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival with some fruit and chocolates. Oscar really did think of everything! I couldn't recommend this apartment enough. It's within walking distance of the port, with some shops and bars even closer than that ('The Hole in the Wall' being our favourite which is run by a lovely Irish lady called Mary). It also had strong WiFi and TV channels. We will definitely be returning! 5* - Thanks again Oscar.

Superb apartment, location and propety owner

The photographs of this property do not do it justice. The apartment was perfect for our week long stay. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with all the mod cons you could ask for - super walk-in shower, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and TV with English channels (which we didn't watch). The apartment overlooks the harbour and is ideally located to walk into Puerto Del Carmen or, during the day, to Puerto Calero along the coastline. There is a small furnished balcony/terrace area at the front of the apartment where it is lovely to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. Last, but by no means least, Oscar was a fabulous host - he met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked and was only a text message away and responded immediately to queries. The added extras on arrival were just the icing on the cake - a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of Cava and lots of little truffles. We have been going to Lanzarote for years and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in - can't wait to go back.

Wonderful holiday

Hubby and I just back from spending a fabulous 2 weeks in this lovely little apartment facing the old town harbour in Puerto del Carmen. Due to Covid things were fairly quiet in the area but this did not detract one bit from our stay. The apartment is decorated very tastefully and was sparkling clean on our arrival where we were met by the lovely owner Oscar who showed us how everything functioned. He had supplied the apartment with a huge bowl of fruit, water, some chocolates and a bottle of Cava. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay (U.K. tv, Netflix etc) and we actually ate in quite a bit over the 2 weeks. The coffee machine was an added bonus and it got plenty of use. There were beach towels supplied & a very good quality hairdryer which was fab as we only had hand luggage. The air con was very welcome especially during the warm nights and there are even plug in mosquito repellents supplied. Although we went to the beach most days (there are small beach chairs you can bring with you) we had a few days sitting by the small pool in front of the apartment which was very nice. I have to say we were very sad to leave but we hope that when things settle we will definitely return as we really loved the location of the apartment and enjoyed our morning walks along the coastal path to puerto calero. It was also lovely to sit on the terrace overlooking the harbour every evening as the sun set whilst enjoying a nice tinto de verano.

Oscar the owner made our week. We were celebrating our anniversary & a significant birthday. On arrival We were gobsmacked to find a cake wine chocolates & bubbly in the apartment. Oscar was there to meet us on arrival, and showed us around the apartment which was just as described. And had everything you would have at home. Plenty to do in a the area , with lots of restaurants in walking distance , we also visited different areas on the local bus . On the last day Oscar sorted out a taxi for us back to the airport. Thank you Oscar we really enjoyed our stay.

As a couple this was the perfect apartment. A very modern set out with all the facilities you could need in an apartment! Prime location just a 5 minute walk in to the old town and if you walk right up the steps next to the apartment there is a lovely 50 minute walk to puerto calero. Oscar was very accomodating and was willing to be the one to sort out if we wanted to do any of the excursions. Perfect apartment for the perfect holiday.

A lovely apartment with stunning views

The apartment was exactly as described and Óscar was the best host, meeting us on arrival and leaving us fruit, wine and chocolates. The apartment had everything you need and the view over the harbour was stunning. The pool, even though freezing was well kept and lots of sun beds were there for your use. We are used to Villa holidays so found it not as private as we like but the location made up for that. Great little restaurants in the back street behind, the flatboat was a favourite and also enjoyed drinks at the hole in the wall. We had a great new year week and would recommend Oscars apartment.

Stunning views, centrally located but very quiet apartment. Decorated with lots of love and taste, modern but practical...the perfect place for an unforgetable holiday in the sun!

The apartment was designed with love and many details in order for my guests to feel comfortable and like in their second home in the sunshine.
