Our holiday home (licensed Vivienda Vactional) is privately owned and maintained with a private electrically heated pool in its own walled grounds. Set in a tranquil location offering the perfect get away and yet near the centre of Playa Blanca. The accommodation comprises of a lounge, kitchen, spacious bathroom and large master bedroom with ample wardrobe space. Below are details of the facilities provided in the property. Situated on El Parque del Rey, we are a walk to the harbour and just a further 5 minutes to the main shopping street with three supermarkets. Following COVID-19 we ensure that the property has at least 8 man hours of cleaning between guests.

2 weeks relaxing holiday

The villa was perfect, Andrew was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around. The villa was spotlessly clean and beach towels were also provided. The location was great which was about 10/15 minutes walk maximum to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely property and fabulous relaxing getaway - the online pics don’t do it justice. Beautifully clean and well appointed and a pleasant stroll into Playa Blanca (slight incline and a bit windy on the way back up!)

We went for 10 nights just returned and couldn't have spent my 50th birthday anywhere better.Just what we like private and quiet.Andrew was so nice and communication easy.He allowed us extended booking out by a couple hours due to our pick up time for home.The pool was clean and the villa very clean.The area lovely about 20 mins walk into town.Taxis in town when we didn't want to walk.We also had a take away no problem.A lovely place.

A lovely break in Playa Blanca

We had a good time at Andrew and John’s property. It was comfortable and well appointed. The warm pool was a great bonus and the development is tidy and quiet. We had a couple of problems which Andrew sorted out promptly and quickly. We enjoyed our holiday greatly.

wonderful stay

A beautiful property that lives up to its fantastic reviews. Very clean and welcoming, with a lovely outside area for us to either sit by the pool or more sheltered at the outside table and chairs. Inside there is plenty of storage space in the two bedrooms and bathroom. All rooms were very comfortable. Our communication with Andrew was great both before we went and also during our stay if we needed to ask anything. Little extra touches also made such a difference, such as a few provisions for us when we arrived (this was very welcomed especially when arriving in the evening after a long day), and beach towels for our use. We would definitely recommend this property and had a wonderful holiday

Beautiful relaxing Villa

This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom Villa was a lovely place to stay. The communication with the hosts (Andrew and John) was excellent, with the check-in/out very easy. We also appreciated the basket of "welcome goodies".It was different having the pool in the front of the of Villa and I thought that privacy would be an issue, but it wasn't too bad. The side walls are high and the car provided some privacy from the front gate. The location is good, but you really need a car to get around. The walk to the shops in Playa Blanca takes a leisurely 20-30 mins. Lanzarote is a very interesting Island, very baron with volcanos and black rock everywhere... no water-ways anywhere. Interesting cactus gardens, nice little beaches, great food and lovely people, and good tourist spots. Still a lot of areas under development. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend staying in this Villa at this location. Thank you Andrew & John.

wonderful property in a peaceful location

This one level villa was just perfect for us spotlessly clean and well maintained. There was a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated the beautiful garden with the heated pool was just wonderful. It's a very quiet location just the birds singing a 15-20 minute down hill walk to the seafront with the numerous bars and restaurants and supermarkets. We would walk down and then get a taxi back for between 3.5 and 4 euros as my husband had a bad back. Andrew left a=us a message to let us know the property was ready early and then came by to check everything was ok. We would have no hesitation on recommending this property and would certainly use it again when we come back to Lanzarote

Superb Villa

Fabulous 1st class villa with private pool. A top end very well appointed property with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday. Very private, quiet and secure but within easy reach of the town with ample restaurants, bars and shops. The villa has its own parking , private pool and shaded terrace area with lovely furniture and comfy sun-loungers. Inside it is well appointed with very comfortable bed and pristine bed linen. The villa is about 20 minutes or so walking from the town and a further 20 minutes from the Marina area. We had a car to travel further around the island but you can manage without. Andrew the owner was very friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions prior to booking and was very accommodating with a late departure. We would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to returning next year

Five Star Stay

What a great find - a lovely small villa with its own pool, perfect for our short stay. Location: Walkable (20 mins) to sea front bars and restaurants (although we did drive to SuperDino a few times). Layout: So nice to have an actual double bed (rather than that awful hotel trick of pushing two singles together). Good size rooms and space outside. Pool: Good size, very easy to get the cover on and off. Also nice touches like food welcome pack, soap, loo roll, cleaning supplies etc. and pool towels make all the difference. One minor item of pedantry (for which I can't take any stars off) - would prefer black-out curtains in the bedroom so we can have a lie-in. Highly recommended.

Quiet and blissful

A superb villa. Clean and tidy. Attention to detail! Thoughtful welcome basket which is much appreciated when you arrive late. Provision of enough towels for the bathroom and pool. Nice to have a blanket for watching tv In the evening and for the bed in the ‘colder’ months here. Kitchen well equipped and perfect for days / nights to self cater. Clean bedding and towels provided after the first weeks stay and pool maintenance undertaken. Although we found the pool very clean and warm already. Excellent communication with host who was very friendly and helpful. We loved the peace and quiet and privacy of the villa. It would be useful to have a car but not a problem to walk 15-20 mins to town and get a taxi back with shopping for 4 euros. I can’t find anything negative to say and really enjoyed the stay.

Another great stay at this lovely property. Communication with the host is excellent, so helpful and flexible. The house is left immaculately clean on arrival - there are lots of little touches that you just don't get in other rentals that really add to the home from home feeling.Very hot during our stay, so was amazing to have a sheltered area outdoors to hide under! (again - not something that all properties have). The area is so quiet - we just want to read and relax on holiday and this gave us the peace and quiet we wanted.Main resort is 20 mins stroll away with endless choice of restaurants.Cannot wait to return. Thanks again for hosting us!

this is the perfect size villa for a couple , although two bedrooms, we used bedroom #2 as our dressing room leaving the main bedroom clutter free. The villa has everything you need for a stay abroad. It’s located in a quiet urbanisation and everything is a short walk away. If you have car hire the villa has it’s only parking space and a huge lidl is an easy car ride away for shopping. However if not, there are various SPAR supermarkets within easy walking distance of the villa, just take bags( there are various in the kitchen to use) The main strip of restaurants and bars are down at the Marina rubicon, it was a ten minute walk from the villa and it was nice to walk off yer meal afterwards going back. Swimming pool is amazing. only think that would elevate this villa would be to instal air con, the fans in each room were ok but they just circulate the warm air. Otherwise perfect villa, location etc host is very receptive and accomodate don’t late check out due to an evening flight five stars

Der Aufenthalt in Playa Blanca im Haus von Andrew war von vorne bis hinten unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool bietet genug Platz zum spielen. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig-wenn man nicht jeden Tag vor Ort bleiben möchte, empfehlen wir ein Leihfahrzeug, sonst kann die Entfernung, gerade bei sehr warmen Wetter, doch weit/anstrengend sein. Wenn es Unklarheiten gab, konnte man sich darauf verlassen, dass Andrew zeitnah antwortete. Wir haben uns durchweg wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

Wonderful villa in great location

We had a week at the villa during easter. Its in a lovely quiet location about 10min walk to the promenade. The pool is great, warm and a good size. The villa itself is well equipped and was perfect for a family of four with lots of shaded areaa outside. There was also good privacy screening to the road - although we barely saw anyone go past. We'd definitely stay again.

A gem of a place

We had absolutely everything we needed for our relaxing break. The villa was lovely and clean. The facilities were perfect for us with the bonus of a lovely heated pool. We ate out every night as there is a fantastic choice to choose from. Our hosts checked in on us to see that everything was fine. We would love to come back here in the very near future. Definitely recommended.

Lovely

I stayed for a week with my daughter. The villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden feels private and is not overlooked. The walk into town takes around 20 minutes, so it is in a great position to be peaceful, however close enough to not need to drive. We loved it!

Great Base

Well equipped villa with an amazing heated pool suitable for winter swimming. The villa has all necessary self-catering facilities including full oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine.. Wi-fi was good quality. Host (Andrew) very polite and supportive. . Flamingo Beach and town centre can both be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes (dependant on how fast you walk) but the walks to either are pleasant. Beds comfortable. Would definately recommend to anyone wantingbto relax . pleasant

Hi I’m Andrew and the property belongs to me. I live on Lanzarote with a sun loving West Highland Terrier called Sally. A good part of my time is spent ensuring that our place is kept to highest standards both inside and out. The only way I can ensure my standards are met is to do it myself. Following COVID-19 we ensure that the property has at least 8 man hours of cleaning between guests.

Why they chose this property

We love the island and all it has to offer and we are thrilled when other people are introduced to Lanzarote after booking with us. It’s even more rewarding when those people come back to us year after year. I am more than happy to share my knowledge of the island having lived here for years and many of our guests have been surprised at just how much more there is besides glorious sunshine and beautiful beaches.

What makes this property unique

Our place is absolutely ideal for couples who want a peaceful quiet break . We are fortunate to be situated far closer to the beachside town of Playa Blanca than many properties in the area.
Since 2005 when the property was built, the private estate it’s part of has been maintained to the highest standard and is still as peaceful as ever.

May be the best part is lounging in the pool as the sun goes down with a bottle of Lanzarote wine.
