Discover this charming one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen’s Old Town. Boasting a spacious south-facing terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the harbour and sea, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the all-day sun, enjoy alfresco dining, or relax with a cool drink as the sun sets. It truly needs to be seen to be appreciated.

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, the apartment offers a private street-level entrance (no stairs), with public parking conveniently available right outside.

Inside, the apartment has been tastefully renovated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and air conditioning for the warmer months. Free Wi-Fi and a 55" 4K UHD TV provide access to English and Irish Freeview channels, along with premium Sky Movies, Sports, and on-demand content.

The modern kitchen features a fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, built-in microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, and all necessary cookware, crockery, and glassware. An iron and ironing board are also provided, along with a secure safe for your valuables.

The outdoor terrace has been recently enhanced with comfortable seating, a new electric extendable awning for shade, and fold-away chairs for guests. Blankets are also provided, allowing you to continue enjoying the harbour views even on cooler evenings.

The bathroom has been updated to a contemporary style, featuring a large walk-in rainfall shower, new WC, modern vanity unit, and storage cabinet for toiletries. Towels are provided and refreshed for stays longer than 7 days. Beach towels are available upon request.

Guests also have access to a well-maintained communal pool area with sun loungers, offering beautiful views over Puerto del Carmen harbour and across to Fuerteventura.

Centrally located, the apartment is less than 100 metres from the nearest supermarket, with local bars and restaurants just steps away. The best dining and nightlife the Old Town has to offer are within a 5-minute stroll along the scenic harbour boardwalk. Playa Chica beach is just a 10-minute walk, with Playa Grande around 15 minutes away.

A lovely, clean, quiet property (which is what I needed) in the old town Puerto Del Carmen by the harbour with a breathtaking sea view complete with all you needed and more. Vince the owner was warm, very quick in response and did all he could to accommodate with what he can. Truly recommend this studio for a solo or couple travellers!

Just returned from a 12 day stay. Room was very clean and Vince’s responses to any help we required was always very quick. Pool was mostly quiet and sun beds always available. There are no parasols but I’m sure if you asked in advance this could be sorted out for you. Spacious balcony but the star of the show was the view over the harbour - unbelievable. Will definitely return to this apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We could not fault our stay. The location is superb with a lovely balcony for watching the marina and people walking to/from the steps to Puerto Calero. The air con in the bedroom was very effective and very much needed. The kitchen isn’t one for too much cooking as it is a hob only but we mostly eat out anyway so it provided everything we needed for breakfast or a light - Toaster, kettle & Nespresso machine. We will definitely look to rebook for a future stay.

Great Holiday

Wonderful holiday
