Discover this charming one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen’s Old Town. Boasting a spacious south-facing terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the harbour and sea, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the all-day sun, enjoy alfresco dining, or relax with a cool drink as the sun sets. It truly needs to be seen to be appreciated.

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, the apartment offers a private street-level entrance (no stairs), with public parking conveniently available right outside.

Inside, the apartment has been tastefully renovated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and air conditioning for the warmer months. Free Wi-Fi and a 55" 4K UHD TV provide access to English and Irish Freeview channels, along with premium Sky Movies, Sports, and on-demand content.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and well furnished. The instructions were clear and everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony gave good views of the old harbour.The area was very quiet overnight. Parking close by was easy apart from once on a Sunday. There are good local restaurants, Chalana, Casa Cabana and Marios just above were welcoming. It is worth booking in advance.

Great location!

Just returning from a fabulous stay at this apartment. The harbour view is just amazing and we felt so relaxed the whole holiday . The apartment had all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay and was very easy to visit all the local bars and restaurants. Communication with the owner was fantastic throughout. Perfect Apartment

Lovely apartment, decorated very nicely and with thought. Good size balcony, bigger than the pica suggest which was lovely. Lovely to sit and watch the boats coming in and out. Whilst walking distance to the shops and restaurants the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. Great stay!

Lovely apartment, balcony was a really good size too with a lovely view. Fantastic location with several bars and restaurants by the marina, all were fantastic. Lovely touch on arrival, beer, wine milk etc which was a nice gesture. Candles for outside which was a nice touch. Nearby supermarket too.

Fabulous apartment in great location

Great location. The apartment is in a great location and very well appointed, with a fabulous view over the harbour. Very comfortable bed (always important), great shower, well appointed and very clean. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Despite bad weather we had a great stay and hope to be able to return to this apartment soon. Would really recommend.

Beautiful location, great for people and boat watching. A suntrap balcolny with lovely furniture. Very Modern inside with everything you could want. perfect for a couple. Had a great time. It was everything that was promised and then some. Not too hilly. 3.50 euros back from the harbour bargain....Thanks Vince for a lovely break in a lovely location.

Great holiday

Just returned from a week at your lovely apartment Amazing location and gorgeous views We found some gorgeous restaurants right on our doorstep and loved sitting on ge balcony of an evening admiring the views with a nice glass of wine Great communication throughout our booking stages and arrival Would definitely return Just one thing we would say is that if you could invest in air conditioning or some really good air cooler then it would be perfect as the temperatures were very high and although there was a small breeze it was a bit unbearable of a night to sleep as the whole apartment was absolutely roasting even with leaving the fan on thats in the apartment All in all a fab holiday Thanks Vince

L’emplacement, la terrasse , la piscine très bien.Le logement est bien pour deux personnes Très bien pour le petit déjeuner, pour les autres repas l’épicerie et beaucoup de restaurants à distance de marche pour aller chercher des takes-out et revenir profiter de la confortable terrasse.Il y a eu coupure d’eau dans tout le bâtiment à deux reprises, l’une pendant que ns étions absents et l’autre la veille et le jour de notre départ.En général bon emplacement

An absolute gem of a place. Great location, near enough to the bars and restaurants (10 mins walk to old town and 25-30 mins walk to the strip) - 5 mins up the steps behind for a few bars and restaurants too, but peaceful and safe apartment away from the noise. Fabulous balcony overlooking the harbour watching the boats go by. Suntrap from around 11am to sunset, with an electric canopy if you prefer shade. Clean, really well-equipped property (owner has clearly thought about what people need on holiday) - great bathroom with waterfall shower, huge TV to access Netflix/Apple TV etc and can be mirrored with your phone/Ipad to play UK tv. Great kitchen facilities, big Fridge & Freezer, two induction hobs, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (some pods included which was a nice touch). Fabulous communication from the host and a genuine desire to do whatever he could to make our stay comfortable. No sunbed wars I was the only one by the pool on a couple of days and there were only about 3 other people the rest of the time. Lots of storage in the bedroom and comfy bed (with fab air-con in bedroom). Great walk across the coastal path right outside the apartment to Puerta Calero (and the water taxi back )Will definitely be back and have shared with friends and family. Loved our stay here xxxx thank you for all the attention to detail and the thoughtful little touches xx

Week stay in lanzarote at Vinces property. Close to supermarkets and bus routes and spaces available to park. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described, with a great view overlooking the marina. Close enough to walk to the main amenaties but far enoigh to be disturbed by any noise.

Stunning views

The best part of this apartment is the balcony and the views. That said the steps and walkway to the Puerto Calero trail, get very busy and the balcony is very overlooked. The position of the apartment is also excellent. The old town is very hilly and full of steps, however, as the apartment entrance is on the main Street it is a flat walk right into the old town. The apartment itself is bijou but well equipped and thought out to make the best of the available space. The bedroom surprisingly fits a king size bed which was extremely comfortable and had the cleanest mattress, pillows and protectors I have ever had on holiday. However, there isn’t much floor space. Initially I also thought there would not be enough wardrobe storage as we stayed for four weeks, but it was more than adequate. We didn’t need the air conditioning but I would imagine it would be needed in high season. Vincent the host was excellent in communicating and very responsive, he also arranged a taxi for our return to the airport, and water, milk, and alcoholic refreshments were provided on our arrival. Top man. Overall we had an excellent break from the English winter and would recommend Vince’s apartment without hesitation.
