Luxury Villa On Private Gated Complex. With Amazing Views & Private Heated Pool

The property is light and airy throughout with attractive furnishings and patio doors ensuring guests can enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain views. The upper terrace, complete with large BBQ, leads down to the lower terrace. This lower area has the heated private pool and a selection of sunbeds.
The open plan lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and leads to the well equipped, contemporary kitchen, including Air Fryer and modern washing machine. The lounge/dining room and master bedroom has air conditioning units fitted. The large wall mounted TV, shows all UK TV channels , latest movies and all sports channels. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, with stylish built-in fully mirrored wardrobes, giving plenty of storage space. With en-suite shower/toilet room.
Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, again with stylish built-in fully mirrored wardrobes, giving plenty of storage space. The use of a second bathroom kwith full suite bath and overhead shower. Villa Montana can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and an additional child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-way bed in the lounge. Discounts are given for long term bookings.

Situated 10 minutes from the main airport and near to all the shops, bars and restaurants. There's a large Lidl supermarket within 10 minutes’ walk. The bustling front of Puerto Del Carman is a 10-minute walk.

The villa had everything you could need. It was clean and well set out. The pool was lovely and cleaned every few days. In our 8 day stay we were given 2 sets of towels per person and separate pool towels. It is about a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and all restaurants, shops etc, and if you don’t want to walk up on the way home there are plenty of taxis for 5 incl a tip. I would definitely return to this villa in the future as it is gate entry and very safe.

Had the best week in this lovely villa. Had everything we needed from bbq tools to extra power adapters. Owner was friendly and very helpful. Beds were super comfy. Views were amazing. Pool was the perfect size and temperature. 10 mins walk to beach/town. Loved every minute.

Our stay at casa Montana was amazing we will be back! and will recommend to our family and friends, We had a welcome pack and lots of little things like cleaning products, Lilos, fans if we needed, we didn’t have to rush out and buy anything, the pool was cleaned regularly, we had ample towels for the bathroom and the pool, sunbeds were so comfortable, the living room was lovely, the TV was great, the kitchen had everything you need, a lovely lady from the company called to see us to see if we needed anything or a taxi transfer to the airport.We felt really safe and had a lovely relaxing holiday, thank you Neil for your fantastic Villa

Excellent spacious accommodation

Excellent spacious accommodation. Well equipped. Great pool and south facing terrace with Fantastic views across to the hills and Fuerteventura. 10 minute walk down to the heart of the strip and 4 euros in a taxi back up if you don’t fancy the hill at the end of the night.

Fabulous villa!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our needs! We are a family of 4 and the space fit us perfectly. The villa is really well designed and there is everything you need for your holiday - including towels and even a washing machine. The beds were really comfy and there was loads of space in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings. With 4 of us, it was also great to have two bathrooms. The pool area was lovely and the views over the sea were amazing. Its about 5 mins walk to the nearest shop and the strip/beach or the old town are about 15 minutes in either direction. Communication before the holiday was great and we had loads of information sent to us in advance. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

I can't understand why people haven't posted any reviews on this villa as it a very well equipped for all needs .ten minute walk takes you down to the main strip .the only little drawback was the TV ,we couldn't get the English channels as we were told by leza's husband that there was something wrong with android box ,he took it away and didn't get back until the day we were leaving .But as I said it's just a small problem everything was great

Très jolie maison au calme

La maison est très bien située et les alentours sont très calmes. Jolie piscine et belle terrasse pour bien profiter du soleil toute la journée. Il y a tout le nécessaire de cuisine. Lits très confortables. Très sympa, le kit de bienvenue, d'avoir de l'eau, des biscuits, du lait, nous avons beaucoup apprécié, encore merci!
