Superb 3 bedroom villa very close to beach.supermarket,and nightlife

All day sun at Villa Mac, set in a peaceful area of Puerto Del Carmen, yet only 5 minutes from the infamous "playe grande beach" and town centre, where you will find all restaurants and amenities required. Solar heated Pool, .75mt to a depth of 1.5mt making it safe to play or swim in. Children can play safely, the villa is very secure with high hedging around the perimeter and a gated entrance. The terraces are south facing, there are plenty of sun beds and parasols and a pergola for those requiring shade in the heat of the midday sun.. charcoal barbecue on your private terrace for villa use only with wooden table & seating for 6. The villa is well maintained and provides all the home comforts you would expect including Android TV. Please note there are no extras for anything ie safe, wi fi and air con. Prices quoted for weekly rates are for up to 4 guests £75 per week each extra person for up to 6 guests also please be aware if you pay by credit card extra charges that incur are at your cost

Lovely villa with a very large outdoor pool area and plenty space for seating/ dining. Large rooms and new bathroom washroom which was very nice Very clean and in a perfect location to get to the beach and all the nice bars and restaurants Andrea the host was very friendly, greeted us on arrival and gave us all the detail we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic holiday in Lanzarote staying in Villa Mac. The villa is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The private pool and pool area was a great place for us and our teenagers to chill out when not out and about. The villa is set a few streets back from the main road, close enough to walk quickly to the beach, restaurants and bars, but still nice and peaceful in the evening. Our villa’s host Andrea was lovely and so helpful before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Warmest pool we've ever had

Lovely 11 night stay at Villa Mac. Family group of 5 adults with plenty of space for all of us. The villa looked to be recently decorated with comfortable new beds, soft furnishings and modern bathrooms with more than enough towels for our stay. Lovely outside space with the warmest

Everything we required at the villa, very comfortable and well equipped inside and out. Downstairs bedroom not really suitable for two adults, upstairs bedrooms ideal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Fabulous villa, amazing location for the main strip & beach

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable 2 weeks at villa mac, Andrea was very friendly nothing was a problem and at hand if any queries, pool was lovely and cleaned regularly, air con was great in all bedrooms, the hole villa was just what we wanted, only a 5 minute walk and your are at the main strip Will loads of great restaurants and the beach, thankyou Andrea we had an amazing time, would highly recommend villa mac!

Very enjoyable 2 weeks!

We booked this villa to celebrate the 50th birthdays for 2 of our party of 4. There was a very pleasant greeting from our host, Andrea, who made us feel very welcome. The villa is very well situated just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants of the area. It has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday!

A relaxing break

We found this property lovely and clean. Plenty of towels and equipment. The outside area and pool were great with plenty of room for ample sunbeds and seats. The villa itself is 2 minutes from a large spar and 5 mns from restaurants and shops.Cannot fault the villa and Andrea was a wonderful and thoughtful host.

I would like to say that the villa is in a brilliant location handy for shops,bars and restaurants and very close to the large sandy beach. The villa's owner(Andrea) was very friendly and accommodating with useful information and tips.The villa is well appointed with most things you would require for a self catering holiday including a pool which was cleaned twice while we were there, villa in need of refurbishment/ updating to make it a truly 4star establishment but would return because of location.

many thanks for your review i would be interested in what you think needs refurbishment as all beds were replaced january 2017, suite and television replaced in march 2017. in fact only thing not replaced last year was fridge freezer, and cooker. air con installed may 2017, pool is cleaned monday wednesday and friday every week.but many thanks for your constructed review .

Laughing, joking and having fun, Lots of laughter in the sun, The pool is large, the water is so blue,and patio area is extra large due to me living in front of rental villa sun beds a plenty It really seems to call to you. Who could really ask for more,, For a brilliant holiday where you self cater, Fill in the form and I will see you later.

Why they chose this property

I purchased these properties because of nearness to main avienda and beach, you just cannot beleive your so near the town center. This really is a home from home.

What makes this property unique

So near to airport and golf course, you can see sea from balcony. Very large pool and surrouding areas great charcol BBQ. for the villa use onlyVery close to spar supermarket so no heavy shopping to carry home, No need for a car unless you want to go sightseeing.
