Lovely villa in a great location

The villa is perfect for a family with plenty of space as well as lots to keep everyone busy. The pool and hot tub were clean and ideal for us. We also really liked the cinema room for a movie in the evening! Many thanks for a great holiday

Great family villa

This villa is perfect for a big family holiday, there was 6 adults and 2 kids. And accommodated us more than adequately, it’s in an ideal spot to walk to all amenities. It’s in a perfect spot for sun, but there is also outdoor undercover areas for shade. The pool and hot tub we all really enjoyed. It also included everything we needed such as a few pool floats, board games and beach towels.The pool cleaner was very kind and Nikki was very helpful.We all enjoyed it that much we have booked again for next year.

Perfect family villa

We stayed as a family of 4 so plenty of room for everyone. Villa was very clean and facilities excellent. Great location for amenities. Nikki was super helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great family holiday

Thank you for letting us stay. We loved the property, the children enjoyed the pool and we loved the hot tub. We didn’t want to hire a car, so the location was perfect, we could walk to the bus stop and shopping area. Communication was great and helpful. We would certainly return.

Fabulous villa, so well equipped, comfy beds, great entertainment, close to supermarkets and shops. Easy walking to the main strip and beach. Great location. Lovely warm pool and hot tub with amazing views. Great communication with the own and caretaker. Highly recommend.

Great villa perfect position for us, short walk down hill to all amenities and a quick taxi back when the old legs give way.loved the basement (pool table and big screen movies)enjoyed the warm swimming pool. We had a brilliant holiday and would not hesitate to book again.

Relaxing break

Great villa, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The villa was clean and the outside patio/pool area was perfect for relaxing in. We loved the luxury of sitting in the jacuzzi watching the sunsets. There are really lovely artistic touches throughout such as the gorgeous mosaic wall. The villa is well located for shops, restaurants, beach etc. we stayed as a couple but the villa would also be ideal for families and groups.

Great villa in excellent location

This is a lovely spacious villa. The location is great with supermarkets few minutes walk away. Beach and port both about 10 minutes walk and few minutes walk from bus stop. Lots of bars and restaurants closeby but villa area is quiet. No need to hire car here. Lots to do nearby and villa great for lazy days too with pool, hot tub, cinema room and pool table. Biosfera shopping mall a few minutes walk away as well with great rooftop outdoor cinema. An excellent place to stay.

Great villa in a perfect spot

Very comfortable villa with plenty of space for eight adults. The outside area is fabulous with plenty of comfortable seating areas. The pool was lovely and warm even in January. The hot tub and snooker table were well used and the small touches of books and games were very much appreciated. The villa is situated in the perfect spot really close to the old town and harbour area which we thought was the best part of the resort with great restaurants and bars. Hope to return soon.

Lovely villa in a good location , but tired in places , good Aircon in the bedrooms , lovely kitchen (needs a scissors) leave the dishwasher tabs & wash tabs for next person it’s so handy!! very nice villa

We stayed April 2018 and weather was not great. Villa was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was really warm as some villas say they are heated but not very warm. The villa was nice and clean and Nikki who looks after the villa was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa and we will be returning in the future. Nice property

Nice property, could do with an update as certain areas a bit tired but still a lovely villa, pool is a lot narrower than what it looks in the photos but it was still big enough for my older kids to have fun in, pool was very cloudy on arrival but a quick call to Nikki the housekeeper and jack the pool guy was straight over to sort it out, the hot tub is a great addition, the pool table in the basement was also great as a place to cool down when the sun got too hot. Location is good, only a 10 min walk to the beach and loads of bars/restaurants, Lidl 5 min walk from villa. Communication with Tina the owner and Nikki the housekeeper was excellent, couldn’t be more helpful if they tried.

I want to live here!

This villa is in a great quiet location, with a lovely view. Villa is exactly as shown in pictures. We enjoyed all the facilities, heated pool, hot tub, pool table and cinema screen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and a dishwasher! Our son slept in the basement/games room/ He renamed it the man cave and loved it. 😀 10 minute downhill walk to the lovely Playa Chica beach, harbour and the lovely restaurants. Also 15 minutes walk from main beach and all the bars and restaurants. Tina the owner was swift in replying to all our enquiries. We met Nikki on arrival and departure. Very nice lady who keeps the villa spotlessly clean. Was able to contact her via what's app if any problems. Love Lanzarote and have visited the island many times over the years. Will definitely return to this villa and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit this beautiful island.

Really disappointed

This villa needs to be renovated . Firstly I cannot fault Nikki for all of her help but this place is not worth a visit apart from the location . The pool is tiny and the cover is broken and cracked .the sun beds are old and the jacuzzi was noisy , we had to turn it off as it kept us awake at night. The washing machine area was filthy . Inside the sofas and beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were flat . The light comes through all of the bedrooms due to the cheap IKEA curtains . There are garden chairs in the bedrooms too. The basement looks great and the cinema screen is good too but it ends there. The light didn’t work in the bathroom so we were given a free standing light which was plugged into the mains electric point in the bathroom . There are pipes on show and it looks unfinished .The toilet grinds when you have a shower or if someone upstairs uses the loo. The towels are old and grubby . The owner needs to take a Serious look at this villa . Lastly we were charged an extra £50 for a late check out even thou the next guests were arriving 3 days later .

Villa Review

We enjoyed our stay at the villa which accommodated myself and my three adult children. We had everything we needed for our stay in the villa and the villa owner checked in via text to welcome us. She was easily contactable if required but we did not have any issues. The villa is spacious and has good views from the balcony and is walking distance to the beach. We had a great stay.

Great stay

Beautiful views of the lanzarote sea from the upstaurs balcony. My kids loved the projector screen in the basement to watch movies on in the evening. Microwave broke but swiftly replaced. 5 minute walk to lidl and a few bars/resturants and a shopping complex. Fast communication. All in all a lovely holiday thank you.

We and have enjoyed many holidays at the villa while the children have grown up and our lovely housekeeper Nikki always keeps the villa lovely and fresh for everyone.

Why they chose this property

The Villa is a perfect location as its private in a residential area with off road parking.It has a panoramic sea view and is a 10 minute walk to the beach,shops and restaurants. The Old Town is a few minutes walk away with lovely fish restaurants, tapas bars and boat trips leaving the harbour to various parts of the island.

What makes this property unique

The Villa has easy and quick access to the beach,shops and restaurants.
It feels very private and homely with all mod cons,including flat screen TV,DVD,Music System and Wi Fi. Fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms,basement which also sleeps up to four,two bathrooms and separate WC.
Al fresco dining and barbecue on the terrace. The basement has a pool table a cinema projector which is great for chilling out and gives the children lots of enjoyment.There is a large selection of films and books to enjoy.
We have a small private pool with separate jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view.
Private balcony upstairs off the master bedroom great for escaping with a good book or watching the sun go down with cocktails.
