Casa Fina is a fabulous fully air conditioned, in all bedrooms and lounge, detached villa situated in a superb quiet location within Puerto del Carmen, with distant sea and mountain views within residential Timanfaya, a quiet area of detached villas yet close to all the amenities of the main resort - a 5 minute walk to the centre of the main beach.

Casa Fina is equipped and maintained to a very high standard. We stay at Casa Fina for 3 months of the year and expect to find the villa in excellent condition, and we do, as will you. The main bathroom has been completely refurbished in 2023, to a high and modern standard, everyone has been pleased with the result. Our guest book boasts fantastic comments about the villa and its location, with many guests returning year after year. The sea front and main Puerto del Carmen beach together with the shops, bars and restaurants on the Avenida Las Playas are a 5 minute walk away to the centre of the beach (properties in Los Mojones are typically a 30 minute walk uphill back from the start of the beach). A 15 minute walk takes you into the Old Town and harbour with its many shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary and a taxi from the airport costs approx 18 Euro. Situated in a very peaceful area yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

Casa Fina's bedrooms are on the ground floor - a design feature to provide cool bedrooms. There are 3 good sized well equipped and air conditioned double bedrooms, with a large amount of wardrobe space and storage.
The heated pool, which is larger than in most villa's, has Roman steps for easy access and is heated to 29C. The pool has just been fitted with the latest non-chlorine filtration system - so safe for your children, you and your skin. The terrace surrounding the pool is Astro Turf creating an attractive non-slip surface which does not get too hot to walk on. There are plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool and for shade, a newly installed extendable cantilever canopy offering 50UV protection, along with umbrellas. There is a newly built hot/cold poolside shower designed to give privacy for use before and after your swim. There is a brick built BBQ on the terrace with table and chairs.
