Casa Don Juan has been a favourite for years for holiday makers for its Location and as a well priced house, Casa Don Juan is a registered vacation rental property (VV) and is a typical Canarian style furnished house perfect for a family holiday or a small group of friends . It is located in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen close to all amenities including the new LIDL store. The house is all on one floor but please note there are 4 steps at the entrance gate that may impact on persons with reduced mobility . See Photos included . The house has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom , 2 twin bedrooms and a second general bathroom. The bedrooms have Air conditioning units . The lounge , dining and kitchen area are open plan and lead to a covered terrace area and onto the pool. The pool 10.50 m x 5.10 m and debth 1.40 m to 1.50 m . There is also a pool side shower. The pool is heated in winter months (1st nov to 30th april). There is a BBQ area. The house accomadates up to 6 person comfortably. There is a cot and high chair provided for a baby. The house has wifi and internet IPTV with the main English language channels . Linen and towels are provided as well a beach towels . Check in is from 14:00 and check out is by 10:00.

Exactly what we needed

Perfect villa for a peaceful stay. Short walk from the strip, close to everything. Villa was clean and tidy. We had some things needing fixed, which was done next day, so all good. Pool is a really good size, there is a BBQ and everything you might need. Can’t fault it at all.

Family Easter break

Lovely stay even though weather wasn’t great. The pool is heated but don’t expect it to be warm! It was late March though. Spacious villa. A little outdated but overall it was as described. No shampoo or other toiletries are provided. Also no condiments in the kitchen. We have stayed in villas before where these were left for us. But great location and in a nice areas. Shops located close by.

belle maison mais..

Nous y sommes allé pour la deuxième fois pensant trouver la même prestation... Nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir à 17 H il n'y avait plus d'électricité dans la maison et lorsque nous avons ouvert le frigidaire il était totalement décongelé et nous avons dû nettoyer toute l'eau qui a coulé dans la cuisine, les vacances commençaient bien ... Nous avons fait immédiatement un mail à la propriétaire, il n'existe aucun autre mode de communication .. seulement une réponse le lendemain, c'est un pb de pompe à chaleur (visite du pisciniste à midi) Le soir même de retour à la maison à nouveau plus d'électricité et tout le contenu du réfrigérateur a dû être jeté ! Nouveau message.. réponse seulement le lendemain avec l'arrivé d'un électricien pour régler le problème de la pompe à chaleur de la piscine (qui ne fonctionne toujours pas ) Le mercredi a nouveau panne d'électricité. L'agence immobilière ne répond plus à nos messages. L'électricien revient, le problème est plus sérieux paraît -il. En attendant toujours aucune information de l'agence. Le jeudi nous rentrons à midi, la maison est ouverte avec des électriciens qui sont dans la maison, sans que nous soyons là et que ayons été informé de leur venue, ce n'est pas acceptable !. La piscine n'a jamais été chauffée, 22 degrés, très mauvaise communication de l'agence et aucun dédommagement alors que le propriétaire facture 25 €/ jour. J'ai bien sûr toutes les photos et mails. A éviter.

Week away

Great location, old town and strip easily accessible on foot. Property needing a little TLC and pool heater not working but property was clean and perfectly fine for a week away.

Great pool!

Pool was great! It's in a great Location! Easy, No fuss check in! Sofas Need changing in Lounge!! So uncomfortable to sit on! Aside from the sofas, Nice villa to stay in! (1 last thing, theres definitely No Hot tub). So id take that off the Listing guys! :)
