Casa Don Juan has been a favourite for years for holiday makers for its Location and as a well priced house, Casa Don Juan is a registered vacation rental property (VV) and is a typical Canarian style furnished house perfect for a family holiday or a small group of friends . It is located in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen close to all amenities including the new LIDL store. The house is all on one floor but please note there are 4 steps at the entrance gate that may impact on persons with reduced mobility . See Photos included . The house has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom , 2 twin bedrooms and a second general bathroom. All bedrooms have Air conditioning units . The lounge , dining and kitchen area are open plan and lead to a covered terrace area and onto the pool. The pool 10.50 m x 5.10 m and debth 1.40 m to 1.50 m . There is also a pool side shower. The pool is heated in winter months (1st nov to 30th april). There is a BBQ area. The house accomadates up to 6 person comfortably. There is a cot and high chair provided for a baby. The house has wifi and internet IPTV with the main English language channels . Linen and towels are provided as well a beach towels . Check in is from 14:00 and check out is by 10:00.

10 Day holiday for a family of 6

Lovely little 3 bed villa in a quiet street with close enough shops for groceries etc and a short walk to all of the main facilities of the strip and old town.

Brilliant Xmas stay

We stayed over Xmas and it was perfect! The kids loved it and we all had such a good time it was truly a home from home! Lidl 2 min walk, the beach and shops and restaurants 5 min perfect location.. already thinking about booking again! Thanks Lynn.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a great location close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Nice size pool. So easy to check in and we were able to check in early which we were extremely grateful of. As others have mentioned only criticism would be more glasses and mugs needed. Overall a fantastic holiday I'm sure we will be back.

Casa Don Juan

The property was a good size and had all the amenities that we needed. The property is a little tired as we have found with many others we have rented in PDC. Having said that it fullfilled our needs and we had a great time. We were able to extend our checkout a little as we had an evening flight which was great.

Another fabulous stay in Casa Don Juan We had a couple of small issues (not enough wine glasses and a wee problem with pool heating) which were dealt with at great speed with excellent communication The villa is in an ideal location 15 mins walk from the harbour with 3 supermarkets all within 5 mins walk The pool is amazing beds are comfy and BBC on the tv for the news and strictly Can’t wait to come back next year!😎

Great villa

Villa casa don juan is a fantastic villa very well placed for Lidl supermarket,the old town harbour is about 5 minutes walk downhill also the strip in the new town is about the same and took us half hour from the villa to walk the full length of the strip ,the villa is set back from the road so nice and quiet ,spotless clean on arrival easy to find and felt very secure ,pool is amazing and is very big compared to other villas we have stayed in ,comfy beds ,walk in showers and a well equipped kitchen even tho we ate out most nights ,also very good communication from Lyn and even asked the day before we left if we needed a taxi booking to the airport which was I feel a nice gesture,would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again ourselves thanks

Casa Don Juan - Jan 2025

The property is in a good location in PDC and a short walk from Lidl and other supermarkets. The rooms are a good size with plenty storage space. The pool was heated and most welcome. The internal decor and furniture is a bit tired and needs some work. Many properties that we have stayed leave some cooking basics; none were provided. There were numerous glasses available but none matching. Bed linen was provided but ours was torn. It would not take much to improve this accommodation and make it an excellent villa. That said we enjoyed our stay and we would happily stay again, if / when our suggested improvements were made.

Winter Sunshine Bliss

Lovely Villa , on arrival satellite Tv didn’t work - minor issue - I emailed that evening - had a prompt reply - very friendly and efficient person arrived and sorted it early next day - couldn’t ask for more - as it very well could have been me and my lack of techno skills. In the first place !!! Pool fab -perfect location - had lovely stay only improvement opportunity would be the sofas - not a problem in the summer or for short stays - but for a longer stay-where you might want to stay in more in the evening could do with more supportive comfortable seating.

Another Fabulous Stay at Casa Don Juan- ssh font tell everyone

Fabulous location, close to Lidl, short walk to few local bars and less than 10 mins to main strip - taxi back - under 4Llovely pool attended at least twice during our 9 night stay. Clean plenty of towels .Fully equipped- Maria very attentive host - if you needed anything she was available and acted immediately.

Excellent, almost

Ok, let’s get the good stuff on the table first. Great sized plot, incredibly private, uninterrupted sun terrace, great sized rooms, central location but far enough from the strip to feel tranquil. BUT, we have stayed at Casa Don Juan for the past five years and the property is in desperate need of reinvestment, redecoration and TLC if the owner wants to maintain this price point and sustain excellent ratings going forward. Broken and missing tiles around the pool, rotting and broken window frames, disgusting microwave, 2 out of 5 sun loungers is terrible condition, loose cupboard doors, broken fridge shelves, unstable shower heads. It is a shame given how perfect this place could / should be.

Our home away from home

We have stayed here every year for the last 5 years sometimes twice a yea. I cannot praise it enough. It’s conveniently located between the new town and the old town. 10 minutes walk from the biosphera SC 2 mins from hippodino and 5 mins walk from Lidl. The new town is 15 min walk or €4 €3/4 taxi. The villa has everything needed. Washing machine, dish washer, full kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. . Pool is a lovely size plenty of room for . Love it here, can’t wait to come back again next year.

Can't fault the location but the owners need to reinvest in the property as it is tired and unloved. Out of 6 sunbeds, 3 of them were broken. Rust in the fridge. Washing machine rusty. Loose and missing tiles around the swimming pool. Dirty pool when we arrived not cleaned until we had been there 9 dsys

Have stayed here before nice quiet location 10-15 minutes walk to the sea front and a huge pool didn’t really cook so can’t comment on kitchen but looks to be everything that would be needed,beds are comfy would definitely return

Great Villa

The villa was a good size and the pool was fabulous. We used the barbecue a couple of times. The villa was an easy 10 min walk down to the main seafront. There were only a couple of negatives. The first was that there weren't enough of each type of glass. There were only 5 glasses and they were all different. It would have been good to have more mugs too. Other than that, it was great. The rooms were good sizes and the beds were pretty comfy. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Family Holiday

Stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. Spacious villa in a private setting, very well located within a 10min walk to either the old town or main promenade. Good sized pool . Third visit in a row to Puerto del Carmen loads of things to see and do.

Amazing villa, had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was superb, cleaned regularly, the kids loved it. Would recommend this place, brilliant location just a short walk from the strip.
