All BBC channels, + SKY Channels + Available German + Dutch + French and Italian channels + Good Internet . The villa is located at 5 minutes away by car , from heart town centre. The bus stop is 10 minutes walking from the villa. The villa is bright and spaciou, with large main bedroom with big wardrove, TV and treadmill. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with large built wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and other bedroom with with king bed. There are 2 full bathrooms. all of this makes of this villa a perfect option for big families travelling together and all type of guess. The villa offer, 2 large terraces with fantastic open view to the biggest mountain in lanzarote, There is an enclosed great area with grill and with built BBQ, perfect for dining and at same time to be protect for the wind, there is a big table fro all family. Large- private sunbathing area , large swimming pools , ( max depth 1.5) . DVD and good Internet. Children friendly .Cot, high chair and baby bath available for FREE.

Private and great host

Barbara was a great host and dealt with any questions during our stay. The villa is lovely and private, around 15 minutes walk from the town and 5 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket. There is a lovely restaurant within 5 minutes walk with amazing food

A home away from home indeed… very comfortable with all amenities provided.. brilliant relaxing pool to take a dip in during the day & in the evenings after long hikes.. Barbara, the host was warm & friendly. She kept us posted throughout the stay.

We were a family of 5 with 3 children aged 16, 13 and 11. The villa had more than enough space for us, its huge! And so much storage space. It has eveything you could possibly need from an inflatable pump to an outside toilet and shower.The outside space and swimming pool was fab. Good sunbeds, warm swimming pool and a decent pool depth for messing around in.We didn't hire a car and coped fine. You are a 10/15 mins walk to the beach and restaurants one way and a 10 mins walk to Lidl the other way. We even walked to Aqualava water park which took about 25 mins to get to.Barbara was very helpful. She met us to show us round and to hand over keys and was contactable throughout our stay to solve any issues we had. The TV and all it's channels (including sky sports) was a hit!The only negative we could come up with was it would be better if there was air conditioning throughout. We knew it was only in one room so can't complain about this.If we were ever to visit Lanzarote again we would definitely consider rebooking.

Great Villa, Reccommeded

We loved our stay in the villa and would look forward to returning for future winter sun. The property was spotless and the rooms spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Despite being very late on arrival, Barbara welcomed us and made us felt at home immediately. Outside space was more than generous with seating areas in the garden, pool area and balcony. We made full use of the barbecue and enjoyed our alfresco dining. The location is great with easy access by car to Playa Blanca beach, Rubicon marina, restaurants and Lidl. Also, it is a good base from which to explore the island.We recommend this villa and would be happy to stay again.to stay again.hahappy to stay again.

Hill family stay

A fantastic property with beautiful sunrises, it has everything you need to relax. Walks into town takes no more than 15 mins. The villa has everything you need for a great family holiday. The marina is a great place to eat at night but you are best to access via a car from here. Would highly recommend staying here, thank you Barbara.

Well equip and very clean. Great support re any questions on the area. Super pool and outside area for barbecues. Extremely comfortable beds and facilities. You will need a car to get to town and beaches but secure parking available and easy collection from airport. Thank you.

Fabulous

This is the second property I have stayed in where Barbara was the host. Everything was just perfect and I can highly recommend a stay here. Location is great with just a short walk into town. Property and outside space is very spacious, look no further and just book it.

Beautiful Villa

We loved our week in Chalet Medina. The villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It’s a 10 min stroll to the centre of Playa Blanca and 45 to Marina Rubicón along the coastal path. There is a new Lidl supermarket just 5 min drive away for everything you need. Barbara was very helpful with check in and came to see us off when we left and gave us some great advice for our last day in Lanzarote. I really hope I get to stay at Chalet Medina again.

4th time to lanzarote, 3 of which have been villa holidays and this was the best villa so far. Good location, HUGE spaces and really clean and tidy. Everything you need. Barbara is lovely and helpful too! Shame the sun didnt shine the whole week but a lovely break all the same!

Lovely relaxing stay

Barbara was fantastic throughout the whole process and gave us loads of good advice about things to do and see. The house is amazing with plenty of room and great facilities- it’s easy to find and the location is perfect with a nice 15 minute easy stroll to the beachfront which has loads of very good places to eat. There is a nice family beach in the town but the large more secluded beaches are only about 15-20 minutes drive away. We would definitely book with Barbara again!

lovely villa, with great facilities, very well kept and clean with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Great outdoor pool and garden area, the pool wasn't very warm in January but the teenagers managed to use it. The villa has beautiful views the only negative was being located near a road with traffic noise

Spacious villa with great outdoor space

A spacious villa with 3 good sized bedrooms and large living area. The outdoor space is very impressive with a large heated pool and BBQ area. The villa is situated just off the main road leading into Playa Blanca and is a 20 minute walk into the main town area. Communication with the host (Barbara) was excellent who met us on arrival and departure. We would be very happy to stay at Villa Medina in the future. Thank you Barbara!
