This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €10 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Good communication from host. Excellent location on the quieter side of Playa Blanca but within walking distance of some lovely bars and restaurants. Very clean, comfy beds, gorgeous pool.

Absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic! The villa was sparkling clean with an amazing outdoor area and pool. The location was perfect - just few minutes walk to the beach.

Wir waren im November 2025 4 Wochen in diesem Haus.Positiv ist die ruhige Lage, der ausreichend große Pool mit angenehmen 29 Grad und die Ausstattung mit Klimageräten in den Räumen. Die Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse hat ein defektes Schloß und ist nur mit Kraftaufwand zu öffnen - nachdem man den abgebrochenen Besenstiel zur Einbruchsicherung aus der Führungsschiene genommen hat. Die Stühle am Esstisch gehen aus dem Leim, die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr billig und das klebrige Besteck musste zunächst gespült werden. Es gibt keine Badehandtücher für den Pool - die muss man selber mitbringen. Keine Polster für die Aussenstühle. Es gibt keine Infomappe im Haus - die Zwischenreinigung und der Handtuchwechsel findet nur alle 2 Wochen statt. Müllentsorgung oder andere Informationen muss man selber herausfinden. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer hat keinen Siphon - daher umweht einen immer ein dezenter Abflußgeruch. Das Bidet im Bad kann man nur nutzen, wenn man nur ein Bein hat oder das linke Bein nur 3 cm dick ist - so nah an der Wand ist dieses eingebaut. Toilettenpapier darf man nicht in die Toilette werfen - nur in die bereitgestellten kleinen Mülleimer. Zur Erhöhung des Wasserdrucks springt bei jeder Betätigung eines Wasserhahns oder der Toilettenspülung eine sehr laute Pumpe an. Der Service des Pool-Reinigers war unterirdisch. Wir mussten mehrfach die Reinigung des Wassers per Mail anfordern, da alles grün wurde. Bei diesem Haus ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben.
