Spacious & Modern 3 Bed Villa Private heated Pool, Mountain views & beach nearby

Villa Emilianya is a stylish, spacious and modern 3 bedroom villa sleeping up to 6 people.
The villa is very private in its own fully enclosed grounds with high wall and built in evening lighting.
The villa is ideal for families, adult groups and also popular for couples who enjoy having space.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi, satellite TV channels, sky sports & Netflix are available on the 65” smart TV. A weekly clean is provided along with welcome pack with wine. All bed linen, bath & pool towels are provided.
The spacious grounds include a private electric heated pool which is heated to 27 degrees all year round. There is an outdoor corner sofa under the pergola and comfortable cushioned sun loungers & outdoor dining area for six to eight people.
There are stunning Mountain View’s from the huge terrace & the south facing terrace receives sun all day.
The area of Costa Papagayo is very quiet. The villa is only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the fabulous Dorada beach and Playa Blanca promenade. The town centre is 20 minutes walk or 25 minutes to the stunning Rubicon marina.
The villa is stylish and beautifully furnished with fitted kitchen with separate dining area.
There is private car parking, a huge terrace, beautiful electric heated pool ( 8m by 3m) with Romanesque style steps. There is an outside shower and picon garden area with Canarian style BBQ, cactus, flowers, aloe vera bougainvilleas and palm trees.
The villa has a master bedroom wuth queen size bed and a stunning marble en suite and two further twin bedrooms with a family bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room which could accommodate a further two children so the villa could sleep 8 in total. Travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Playa Blanca is beautiful, there are stunning beaches within walking distance and the town centre promenade offers a fabulous variety of restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. Please also see our 80 plus excellent reviews on Tripadvisor.
We currently have two young resident cats called Kit & Sandy, they are adorable, friendly & love living in the villa grounds. They mainly stay in the garden but do like to spend time with our guests in the villa. Cat food is provided. Please see gallery photo.

Great outside area

A great property with a brilliant outside area and pool which was perfect for us as a family with two children (11&13). The location was lovely and quiet but within an easy walk of the marina and promenade. A great base to explore the island from. Communication with the owner was easy and she never hesitated to answer our questions and provide us with all the information we needed for a smooth and relaxing holiday.

A beautiful villa in a lovely town.

We loved our stay at the villa! It was spacious, with a fantastic garden, pool, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great TV selection. The friendly cats were a delightful bonus. However, we had difficulty getting taxis, possibly due to the Christmas week.

Beautiful villa with big outside space and great area

This villa was spotlessly clean, lots of space outside to sit & relax. Great area as both the Marina & Playa Blanca town are within walking distance. Loved having cat cuddles too.

Family Break in Playa Blanca

A really relaxing break in Playa Blanca at Villa Emilianya . Great host in Catherine who kept us up to speed with everything prior and during our stay. Nearby beaches and restaurants offered great choice and all within walking distance from the Villa (20 mins) . Great location and sure to be visiting again soon.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely lovely villa! Would definitely recommend! The villa was very clean and well equipped and in a perfect quiet location but only a short walk to the harbour and seafront.

Great place

Just spent 8 nights here and it was superb!! Fantastic outdoor area with heated pool. Very quiet location. We hired a car and there is off street parking right next to the villa. Host checked in with us during our stay and was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Would highly recommend !!!

First class villa

Loved the villa especially the outside space. It is a 15 / 20 minute walk to the front (we knew that when we booked and we enjoy the walk) but a taxi is circa 4 euros if you don’t fancy the walk. Great space for a family. Good communication.

Paradise in Playa Blanca

The Villa was brilliant in all aspects, beautifully furnished and very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The living had very comfortable sofas and a huge smart TV.The garden area and pool is stunning, the heated pool was used every day.Location is good within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars.The property owner Catherine was superb, communication and advice was 100%.It was without doubt one of the best villas i have rented over many years.As Arnie says - i will be back.

Perfect place to recharge your batteries

The villa is in a lovely peaceful area where sometimes all you hear is the breeze blowing in the trees so you can relax and recharge those batteries. The villa is well kept in good condition and in easy walking distance 15/20mins to the beach and restaurants/bars. Catherine is fantastic and communicated frequently to ensure our holiday all went smoothly. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent Villa and location

Our family stayed at the Villa for four weeks in November. In simple terms the property was excellent, it was exactly as described. However the pool description does not do it justice, it is a really great addition to the property and somewhere we spent evenings enjoying the November good weather. We would highly recommend the property, the location and owners.

Good Value Villa

The property was situated in a very quiet location, but just 30 minutes walk to the restaurants and nightlife. All of the restaurants that we visited had not only excellent food, but either a sea or harbour view. The nightlife ranged from cocktail bars with singers to bars with live bands. All in all an excellent location.

Lovely Villa

Me and my husband stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. Great location as its walking distance to the beach and restaurants but we hired a car so the best of both worlds. Lovely comfy beds and everything you need for your stay, we ate out but used the bbq a few times which was great. The outdoor space is perfect and I loved sitting having my coffee waiting for the sun to come up. Pool was a great size and perfect temperature. We had an issue with the water one evening but this was resolved quickly Thanks again for a lovely stay hopefully we’ll be back 😊

Great Villa, lots of outdoor space, lovely heated pool, great gazebo area to helps shade from the heat of the midday sun, great wi-if and fully equipped kitchen. Great communication with owners. The Villa is 25 minutes walk into the centre for Bars and Restaurants, which was great for us, helps walk off dinner. Recommend this place.

Love this villa

Disappointed, we have stayed at this villa before, but the change of cleaning company shows. The standards have dropped, the inside not as clean as before. It is a lovely villa in a great location. Owners very helpful. Hope the hiccups are resolved, booked to go back again.

Perfect villa in a quiet location.

The villa was perfect. Rooms were a good size. Very clean. The pool was great. Outside seating was great. The area was very quiet. The cats were no trouble at all infact it was nice to fuss them, my granddaughter loved giving them treats. The kitchen had everything you needed. The plastic cups etc was good for the little one. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. The owner Catherine was the perfect host. Communication was great, any questions we had were swiftly answered. If we do come back to playa Blanca we will definitely book this villa. Thank you Catherine.

So relaxing I didn’t want to come home !

This is the second time that we have stayed at Villa Emilianya and we loved it just as much as the first time. The villa is set in a lovely peaceful location and is not overlooked by others. There is everything that you could need for your vacation from various pots and pans to towels for around the pool. The host is super friendly and there is always someone on hand should any problems arise (not that they did!!) If you don’t mind cats, Kit and Sandy don’t mind keeping you company during your stay and they love a bit of fuss in return. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing time, away from the town (approx 25 min walk)

Beautiful Lanzarote

We have recently returned home from our holiday in Lanzarote. Catherine, the villa owner could not have been more helpful and kept in touch to see if we needed help with anything which was amazing. We even had a resident cat which was lovely as we are very pet/animal orientated. Terry, the pool man and his wife were great, very friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful, very private, with an amazing pool. It’s not far from the restaurants and bars and is a very pleasant 10 minute walk. We will definitely be returning to Lanzarote and to this villa (if available) 😁

Great Villa in Lanzarote

A well appointed 3 bedroom villa. En-suite with bath a real bonus. The large outside space was great for my 2 1/2 year old. The location is a good 10 min walk from the beach how ever there was a generous size parking bay for a hire car so made it ideal to drive down. Playa Blanca offers everything a small / young family needs. The pool was checked twice and sheets changed once during a 10 day stay. Contact with the host was prompt and very friendly. Both cats were a pleasure to be around. Highlights were very comfy beds, fantastic pool including sturdy and decent sun beds. I can agree that there was a local dog that would bark from 5/6pm every night till 9ish but didn’t affect us at all when we went to bed. Other than that a lovely quiet part of playa Blanca. Would stay again. Plenty of space for 3 adult and 1 child.

Perfect villa

Had an amazing stay at this villa. Lovely and clean, up to date and lots of plates, glasses, pillows, etc. There was a lovely welcome back when we got there and it was great that you could check in from 1pm. Great communication with owner and manager and when toaster broke it was resolved very quickly. Loved Kit (the cat). He was very friendly and part of the family if you wanted him to be. Great pool and outdoor space and welcome padding to go on the sun loungers. Walk to the beach was 25 mins (but I’m slow!) and relatively flat so great for me who has mobility problems. There was a local supermarket 10-15 mins walk which was also convenient. I would definitively use the villa again.
