Villa Emilianya is a stylish, spacious and modern 3 bedroom villa sleeping up to 6 people.
The villa is very private in its own fully enclosed grounds with high wall and built in evening lighting.
The villa is ideal for families, adult groups and also popular for couples who enjoy having space.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi, satellite TV channels, sky sports & Netflix are available on the 65” smart TV. A weekly clean is provided along with welcome pack with wine. All bed linen, bath & pool towels are provided.
The spacious grounds include a private electric heated pool which can be heated to 27 degrees all year round for an additional £50 per week. There is an outdoor corner sofa under the pergola and comfortable cushioned sun loungers & outdoor dining area for six to eight people.
There are stunning Mountain View’s from the huge terrace & the south facing terrace receives sun all day.
The area of Costa Papagayo is very quiet. The villa is only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the fabulous Dorada beach and Playa Blanca promenade. The town centre is 20 minutes walk or 25 minutes to the stunning Rubicon marina.
The villa is stylish and beautifully furnished with fitted kitchen with separate dining area.
There is private car parking, a huge terrace, beautiful electric heated pool ( 8m by 3m) with Romanesque style steps. There is an outside shower and picon garden area with Canarian style BBQ, cactus, flowers, aloe vera bougainvilleas and palm trees.
The villa has a master bedroom wuth queen size bed and a stunning marble en suite and two further twin bedrooms with a family bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room which could accommodate a further two children so the villa could sleep 8 in total. Travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Playa Blanca is beautiful, there are stunning beaches within walking distance and the town centre promenade offers a fabulous variety of restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. Please also see our 80 plus excellent reviews on Tripadvisor.
We currently have two young resident cats called Kit & Sandy, they are adorable, friendly & love living in the villa grounds. They mainly stay in the garden but do like to spend time with our guests in the villa. Cat food is provided. Please see gallery photo.

Lovely Villa with a fantastic outside space. There was 5 adults during our stay, enough space for everyone to enjoy. The villa is close to everything you need from supermarkets to restaurants. Catherine was a great host, replying quickly to anything we asked. We will definitely return next year. The cats were a great addition to the villa.

Family Break in Playa Blanca

A really relaxing break in Playa Blanca at Villa Emilianya . Great host in Catherine who kept us up to speed with everything prior and during our stay. Nearby beaches and restaurants offered great choice and all within walking distance from the Villa (20 mins) . Great location and sure to be visiting again soon.

Absolutely loves it and would highly recommend this villa to couples family or whoever ! It’s in a lovely area with lots to do only a short 20 minute walk away the host cathrine has been fantastic to very responsive to messages with loads of helpful tips . We just loved kit and sandy super friendly cats .this villa is clean comfy and has great outside area and the washing machine was super handy all in all at 10/10 holiday me and my girls have had a great time making some fantastic memories

Great outside area

A great property with a brilliant outside area and pool which was perfect for us as a family with two children (11&13). The location was lovely and quiet but within an easy walk of the marina and promenade. A great base to explore the island from. Communication with the owner was easy and she never hesitated to answer our questions and provide us with all the information we needed for a smooth and relaxing holiday.

A beautiful villa in a lovely town.

We loved our stay at the villa! It was spacious, with a fantastic garden, pool, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great TV selection. The friendly cats were a delightful bonus. However, we had difficulty getting taxis, possibly due to the Christmas week.

Great place

Just spent 8 nights here and it was superb!! Fantastic outdoor area with heated pool. Very quiet location. We hired a car and there is off street parking right next to the villa. Host checked in with us during our stay and was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Would highly recommend !!!

Excellent Villa and location

Our family stayed at the Villa for four weeks in November. In simple terms the property was excellent, it was exactly as described. However the pool description does not do it justice, it is a really great addition to the property and somewhere we spent evenings enjoying the November good weather. We would highly recommend the property, the location and owners.

We had a fabulous time at Villa Emilianya. In a great location, an ideal size for us, although there were only 3 we had a bedroom each. There was plenty of hot water & good pressure in the showers.The villa was clean & comfortable. The interaction with Catherine was great, the check in extremely easy with a simple key box. The beds were comfortable, & there are 2 fridges, one in the utility with a small freezer top. We had everything we needed for a relaxing break.The pool is a great size & heated too. Even pool towels are included - a bonus when you don't want to take up space in your suitcase with bulky items. We fell in love with the 2 house cats, Kit & Sandy, who were each great companions for our stay, especially Kit, who likes to snuggle on the sofa!We'll definitely return to this great villa, in our favourite island resort.

Good Value Villa

The property was situated in a very quiet location, but just 30 minutes walk to the restaurants and nightlife. All of the restaurants that we visited had not only excellent food, but either a sea or harbour view. The nightlife ranged from cocktail bars with singers to bars with live bands. All in all an excellent location.

First class villa

Loved the villa especially the outside space. It is a 15 / 20 minute walk to the front (we knew that when we booked and we enjoy the walk) but a taxi is circa 4 euros if you don’t fancy the walk. Great space for a family. Good communication.

Peacefully perfect

A wonderful villa, private and peaceful from a great host. The perfect position makes it ideal to walk to either the marina or the old town in the evenings. The villa was gorgeous. Everything that you need including fans etc inside and a lovely pool and shaded eating area where we spent most of our time tbh. Thanks to Catherine (and Kit the cat) for letting us stay and making it a holiday to remember!!

Lovely Villa

Me and my husband stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. Great location as its walking distance to the beach and restaurants but we hired a car so the best of both worlds. Lovely comfy beds and everything you need for your stay, we ate out but used the bbq a few times which was great. The outdoor space is perfect and I loved sitting having my coffee waiting for the sun to come up. Pool was a great size and perfect temperature. We had an issue with the water one evening but this was resolved quickly Thanks again for a lovely stay hopefully we’ll be back 😊
