Stunning villa in a quiet neighbourhood less than a mile from the town centre of Playa Blanca and the beautiful Dorada beach. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large outside areas with a large heated pool, sun heated shower and sun loungers. Al fresco dining area with BBQ. The villa offers off the street parking. NO extra charges whatsoever.

Great villa with lovely pool. Very comfortable and clean and a short walk to the supermarket and about a 25 min walk to the Marina. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely villa in peaceful locationVilla is very private and has lovely pool and outside area. Approx 25 mins walk to the promenade/ beach but is a nice walk and only 4-5 for taxi alternatively Nice touch with bottle of wine and water left for arrival Would certainly recommend and will definitely be back

Very nice modern villa with excellent outdoor space and large pool. Grateful for the cot, high chair and baby bath that were supplied by the owners.

Glad we had a car as it be a good twenty minute to the nearby Aildi store,Lovely quiet area.Only problem was not having Britsh tv channels.Would definitely return to this villa if coming back to Placa Blanca which has really improved since we were here 4 years ago

Great Villa

We had a lovely relaxing holiday at this villa. It was spotlessly clean. The pool was great and it was so quiet! About a 20 min walk to the main strip. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely break

We had a lovely break at the villa in Lanzarote. Both inside and outside were wonderful, especially the pool! The villa is a good 20 minute walk from the nearest supermarket but easy enough if willing to walk, scoot or drive.

Very nice stay

A lovely villa, clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The villa is modern inside with fully fitted kitchen, tiled bathrooms with good showers, comfortable bedrooms. Excellent Wi-Fi and tv with all channels. Garden is pretty, not overlooked, and lovely heated pool. Overall very nice and would recommend.

Amazing villa

The villa was one of the cleanest we have rver been in. Although the pool could have been a bit cleaner,but, overall fabulous. The kitchen had every thing you needed, even a knive sharpener, Hence the very sharp knifes, what a bonus. I would definately recommend this villa.

Fabulous villa

Really enjoyed our stay, fabulous villa with lovely pool and totally private garden area in quite residential area, unfortunately no amenities close by and it was to far out for us to walk into the centre of Playa Blanca, as we didn’t have a car we took taxis in and out - approx €4.00 each way. Would hire a car if staying here again.

Relaxing quiet villa stay

We had a lovely stay in the villa. It’s a 20 minute walk into town which was perfect for us. The villa is in a quiet cul de sac. We didn’t hear a sound from our neighbours throughout our stay. The host was brilliant, answered all our questions promptly in a friendly manner. Thank you. We have stayed in many villas on the island and this one is rated highly. We would love to return.

We have stayed in villas before in playa blanca but this one tops the lot ....fantastic pool , spotlessly clean , full air-conditioning was superb , upstairs and downstairs toilet / showers ....so easy to get to and a nice walk to centre or 3-4 euro taxi ride only . Communicstion with hosts really good with very prompt replies we will definitely go back . Highly recommend

Villa was great inside,there was a problem when it rained,outside the front door would flood ! Paint peeling and flaking by the railings on the veranda. Worn sun loungers .We had a great holiday….the outside just needs some attention and pool cleaning more often

beautiful stay

From the moment we booked this villa the communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, fast replies and always so helpful. The villa itself is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, private, facilities perfect and absolutely everything we could have wanted and needed! Although a 25 minute walk to town it is a pleasant walk through residential streets and only 3 euro in a taxi back, alternatively the scooters are plotted up so these also make a trip into town easy. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding Villa

Villa is in first class order in exceptional condition and cleanliness. The villa faces south with sun all day on the swimming pool and patio. We had a problem with no hot water but was fixed in a couple of hours, outstanding response. We are thinking to return again Chris & Sue

First time in a Villa and loved it .

Really enjoyed staying here . Very spacious and comfortable and exceptionally clean . Warm pool and plenty of space for sun beds and entertainment outside including bbq . Can’t fault the property at all . Just would say that it is a long walk into the town as others have said . Didn’t bother us too much though and we used taxi occasionally to save our feet . Liked the resort which is well spread out , especially the marina area . Would happily return again .

Everything you could wish for

Superb Villa, it is so well equipped it has everything you could wish for, extremely clean, looks just as it does on the photos no disappointments. its quiet, comfortable and the welcome drinks very much appreciated. missing a welcome pack to help with the short cut walk to town or any of the local activities. But having said that cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. My son and wife have booked for July and we are at the moment getting work cover to come back. don't miss this Villa you wont regret it.
