Casa Hawkeshead is a stunning villa located in one of the most exclusive locations in Playa Blanca. Set in a quiet and idyllic location, this dream 3 bedroomed holiday villa comes with a large private heated pool, pool table and beautifully landscaped gardens. A south-facing pool with upper and lower terraces, make this is perfect Playa Blanca villa to relax and unwind.



The villa has three bedrooms each of which has its own private full-size bathroom, The 'Master Suite' with its king-sized double bed with A/C (coin operated), the 'Garden Room' with its twin beds, and the 'Poolside Room' which can be arranged as either a Super King or Twin beds.



Step out through the sliding French windows of the poolside room onto the lower terrace beside the pool. All the bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobe space. There is also a further wc and shower room in the villa for general use.



The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and a full-sized oven with a ceramic hob. Of course, it has a full set of cutlery, pans, dishes crockery, and glasses of all types. In the Solana next to the kitchen there is a washing machine with your own private drying area. For use around the pool there is a good collection of plastic plates and glasses available.



The lovely lounge is adorned with beautiful paintings, and with a large picture window looking over the ocean and island of Fuerteventura. The villa has the latest flat screen HD television with web-based television programs, allowing you to enjoy lots of English speaking channels including BBC 1, BBC2, BBC News, ITV, Sky News, Sky One, etc. and some other language programs too ... in fact up to an amazing 299 channels!



There is also a CD and MP3 player. A DVD Player with an excellent collection of villa videos including many of the latest feature film releases. Also a 'leave-one/take-one' book library. Obviously, FREE Wi-Fi is installed for you use too.



Casa Hawkeshead's two large and spacious terraces both south facing with tables and chairs, give you the option of plenty of shade during the day if required whilst still enjoying the ambiance of this villa's lovely setting. The upper terrace offers you the sun right up to the evening; perfect for alfresco dining and late relaxing drinks.



If you enjoy swimming, the villa has one of the largest private villa pools (11x4 metres) on the island. Heated throughout the year by solar panels, there is also a back up heater in the cooler winter months. The pool has lovely tropical styled gardens with its own automatic son-et-lumiere each night! By the pool there is a fabulous large Canarian BBQ for those warm 'barbie' party evenings.



This villa is unique in its design and would suit a family or group of friends wishing for a relaxing, quieter holiday. However due to the many stairs/steps we feel this villa may not be suitable for young children or guests with physical disabilities.



This is a STRICTLY NO SMOKING villa.



Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.



AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.



CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.



WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.



A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

The top selling bit of that villa is of course the Swimming Pool and Two levels with individual exits to the Swimming pool/BBQ area.... Two families can EASY stay in place and do not affect eachother in daily routine Very sorry the place is "tired" and needed refreshment (on everything) furniture, kitchen ware, BBQ place and appliences ...

Fantastic pool and outside space

As ever cannot fault the service of Villas now, I wouldn’t book with anyone else when coming to Lanzarote. Thank you again for looking after us so well. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms/living area of the villa, not just the main bedroom, even if coin operated. Even with ceiling fans the rooms did become uncomfortably hot. A couple of umbrellas to use by the pool would be great, although I do appreciate there are 2 spacious covered terraces.

A wonderful surprise to arrive and find out that the entire outside space has underwent an amazing updated transformation......talk about a 'wow factor!' New side staircase access, pool storage area, contemporary tiling & furniture......an amazing refurb. Inside space was plenty and two of the four bathrooms were newly updated and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Beautiful villa. We found no faults. When the remaining two bathrooms are brought up to the same contemporary standard as the rest of the villa improvements it will be tough to find accomodation on a par with this in Playa Blanca.

Beautiful sea views

The villa was in a perfect location, very quiet area, sea views over to Los Lobos, Fuerteventura were amazing. The garden was beautiful, pool fantastic size, warm. The owners have had work completed on the outside, making a larger terrace poolside. All bedrooms air-con units, plenty of bathrooms, great outside utility area. Pool table, lots of shaded areas to avoid mid-day sun. Very relaxing, wish we had booked a month Pool had a little issue before we arrived was quickly sorted, water level dropped slowly, put hosepipe in to top up. Perhaps an extra set of bedding for a 10 night stay would be nice. The villa needs some updating inside, kitchen is tired. Can see updates already starting, new bathrooms, disco lighting was fun too

Schöne Villa mit tollem Blick

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Jeder hat sein eigenes Bad. Toll auch die neue Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist riesig. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick. Die bunten blinkenden Lichter irritieren, rosa und blau an der Hauswand, blinkend in blau und weiß auf der Terrasse und sogar im unteren Schlafzimmer gibt es eine merkwürdige Beleuchtung. Bitte nicht noch mehr bunte Lichter. Viele Pflanzen - auch große Palmen - wurden entfernt. Der Rest wird nicht mehr gegossen. Der Garten ist nicht mehr beleuchtet.

Excellent Holiday experience

Enjoyed three wonderful weeks in this villa - the outside space is excellent and the changes since our last stay are very much appreciated. Loved the revamped pool area and extra privacy. The welcome pack is a lovely gesture and the bits and bobs left in the store cupboard are a homely touch. The interior needs some modernizing but we are aware this is in the plans. The shower curtain and bath mat in the ensuite of the Master bedroom need changed - Towels,although clean were a very dull colour. A better quality cork screw would be helpful.

Loverly stay

Spacious Villa, with a great outside pool area. Private and quiet. Nice terrace with sea views. Excellent amenities and entertainment setup. Will like to visit again in the future. Having child gates setup on the top of the stairs and the terrace area, as well as investing in a cot bed (which isn’t that expensive) opposed to hirers of the Villa renting themselves as the price of the accommodation should really have them included. Also to have a umbrella stand for around the pool. There was a umbrella but no base.

Excellent villa

This villa is very well equipped and spacious, very comfortable beds, amazing terraces on both ground and first floor levels with fantastic views across to Fuerteventura. Pool is a lovely temperature and garden has beautiful planting, comfy Sun beds and great barbecue. I highly recommend ordering a barbecue pack from Paul Ecob as the quality of meat and side dishes are amazing and great value. Pool cleaned more regularly than once a week

Beautiful villa

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and the location is very good. The service staff were exceptional and when I reported the toaster wasn’t working another was there within the hour. The pool had a couple of little issues but I believe these are being looked into. Would highly recommend this place. As previously stated the pool. It didn’t have a cover so got very dirty, as was so windy, and wasn’t as warm as it could of been. I know you asked to fit a cover midway through our stay but as this villa isn’t cheap and we were only there for 1 week after not being abroad for 3 years we didn’t feel obliged to have work persons encroaching on our holiday. Would of been much better had the cover been done before we stayed. That said we still had a wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa. Great outdoor space and good sized pool. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice touch of the beer, wine and milk in the fridge when we arrived. The management company couldn't of been more helpful. Very pleased

Pool fantastic. Service excellent. Very friendly pool man and gardener. Very impressed that everything we needed, towels, utensils etc was available - a "home from home" Special mention for Jane for sorting out the taxi issue so promptly. 20 minute walk to the beach and an hours walk to Marina Rubicon but handy taxi rank very close Villa looking a bit dated/tired but facilities including Sky tv and free wifi excellent

Overpriced, dated and rather tired. Pictures misrepresent the reality.

Avoid. This is not a prestigious villa despite the marketing material. This was our seventh time in Playa Blanca so we know a good villa when we stay in one and this villa certainly was not. Damp issues in bedrooms - wardrobes, draws, bedside cabinets unusable as had strong damp musty smell, managing agent offered air freshener! Not fully clean on arrival. Villa past it’s hay day (when photos taken many years ago I expect), needs maintenance and modernising. Outside furniture either rusty or heavily stained including railings. Pool not fully heated on arrival, pool cover broke down on day 1. Lost all electricity twice even although fuse board had not tripped out. Master bedroom window leaked during heavy rain, extractor not working in en-suite, bed uncomfortable with dips, gave us both bad backs. No air conditioning nor mosquito nets so you either cook or get eaten alive (regardless of ceiling fans). Woken twice in early hours by rowdy neighbours. Wi-fi range very limited, bandwidth poor to the point that streamed films stutter/freeze frequently, managing agent suggested we simply reboot the router! Outside terrace nice with lots of space and cover. Showers hot and powerful but insufficient for 5 people of an evening/morning. Pool majority shaded by ~2pm due to 3 large palm trees at end of garden and large wall on side. Feel we were mis-sold, very disappointed.

Great villa with lovely pool

The villa was perfect for our family with a lovely pool and garden. The villa was well maintained and had everything we needed. Good beds and great supply of towels. The terrace areas were lovely to sit in and watch the kids in the pool and take in the sea views. Only downside for us was that it was a little too far to walk to restaurants/decent sized supermarkets.

Fantastic, everything you could wish for

Villa very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We went for a week with our children 23 and 20 had a lovely time . Would definitely book this villa again , staff very helpful from start to finish .
