Fantastic Property with Beautiful View

An absolutely fantastic villa in a lovely, quiet, neighbourhood. The views from the terrace are far reaching - taking in the atlantic ocean to the front, and flanked by Playa Honda and the airport to the sides. Don't be concerned about noise from the airport though as this is hardly even noticeable. The villa is not on the flight path.The owner was very kind - when we had a brief issue with the pool he sent over someone to help us very promptly. The pool itself is the cleanest i've ever swam in.If you want a relaxing stay in a peaceful villa with a lovely view this is the place for you!

Une villa exceptionnelle

TrĂšs belle maison Ă  Lanzarote avec toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© et trĂšs bien situĂ© pour visiter l’üle d’Est en ouest et du nord au sud. La piscine est fantastique, au pied d’une terrasse qui offre une belle vue sur la mer pour prendre ses repas ou du bon temps. Le patio permet d’ĂȘtre Ă  l’abris du vent. L’intĂ©rieur de la maison est immense, avec plusieurs coins salon. Les Ă©changes avec le propriĂ©taire se font trĂšs rapidement par WhatsApp. Un grand merci pour les petites attentions Ă  notre arrivĂ©e : eau, vin, chips, olives. Une maison que vous pouvez rĂ©server les yeux fermĂ©s !

Tolles Haus!

Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig, gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet. Man hat direkten Blick auf das Meer und auf den Flughafen, aber die GerĂ€usche nimmt man kaum wahr. Es ist gĂŒnstig gelegen, sodass man innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit zu jedem Punkt der Insel gelangt. Der Pool ist riesig und hat der ganzen Familie viel Freude bereitet. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief problemlos.

GroßzĂŒgige, saubere, gut ausgestattete Villa mit fantastischem Pool und herrlichem Blick

Alles war perfekt. Wir haben vor allem den tollen Pool und den Meerblick bis rĂŒber nach Fuerteventura genossen. Die NĂ€he zum Flughafen hat uns wenig gestört. Das Terrassenmobiliar war von sehr guter QualitĂ€t. Die KĂŒche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Lage ideal um die Insel zu erkunden und große SupermĂ€rkte sind fĂŒr die Selbstversorgung zahlreich in der NĂ€he. Im Ort selber nur ein kleiner Minimarkt aber sonst keine Bars oder Restaurants. Hier findet man eben Ruhe und Erholung!

Car is essential to appreciate the island and visit supermarkets. Villa was as listed and spacious. I counted 7 sofas inside.

Wat een fijne plek!

We hebben een zalige tijd gehad in San BartolomĂ©. Tiny en Mapi zijn zeer behulpzaam. Het vliegveld geeft wel wat geluidsoverlast, maar alleen tussen 7 uur ‘s ochtends en 10 uur de avonds. Het valt echter in het niet bij het geweldige uitzicht over de baai. Er is de hele dag van alles te zien met vliegtuigen die af en aan komen! Wat een prachtig zwembad. Huis is zeer compleet. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

nice villa, a few too many steps inside for us.

We had a good holiday, outside BRILLIANT, beautiful views, But too many steps inside for people with restricted mobility, inside what at one time was a beautiful home now needs an update, especially new pillows, but would recommend.

TrĂšs belle maison avec une vue magnifique et dĂ©gagĂ©e sur la mer et sur l'aĂ©roport. La proximitĂ© des avions et de l'aĂ©roport n'est pas gĂȘnante et donne mĂȘme une impression supplĂ©mentaire de dĂ©paysement avec les lumiĂšres allumĂ©es le soir. La piscine chauffĂ©e est trĂšs agrĂ©able quelle que soit la mĂ©tĂ©o. De plus, l'accueil de Mapi et Tino est trĂšs sympathique. Nous reviendrons !

Geweldig!

Met ons gezin van 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen (1, 4 en 5) verbleven we twee weken in het huis. Volop ruimte binnen en buiten. Ook fijn dat er een zwembad is dat groot genoeg is om Ă©cht te zwemmen! Een geweldig uitzicht op Arrecife, de zee en de luchthaven. Erg leuk om de vliegtuigen te zien stijgen/landen en de overlast is niet noemenswaardig. Het huis was perfect schoon, evenals het zwembad. Gedurende het verblijf werd zowel het huis als het zwembad schoongemaakt. Aardige eigenaren en volgens mij is geen moeite ze te veel. Overigens is het huis centraal gelegen op het eiland. Alles is in <1 uur te bereiken. De (grote) supermarkt is 2' rijden. Summary in english: A lot of space in and outside, spacious pool. Great location, view, very nice owners and very clean. Very good value for money! @owner: sorry for the late review. Thanks for using your home. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Wonderful villa

What a wonderful large property. It was very large with more than enough relaxing areas ( we could each have a settee ). We arrived on time and the villa was lovely and clean with plenty of towels and a superb welcome grocery pack. The master bedroom was reached by steep wooden stairs but we got use to them over the holiday. Tino and his daughter contacted us as we arrived to welcome us and show how things worked and said not to hesitate to contact them if we needed anything which was reassuring. The pool has to be the highlight of the whole property, it was huge and warm and we made plenty of use of it. The pool man visited regularly thorough out our stay.The only downside to the property is that in the layout there are quite a few steps ,so not very good if you have trouble with your knees. The views were amazing, we watched the areoplanes take off and you can see Fuerteventura on a clear day. We hope on day to return to tjis wonderful well equipped family home. We hired a car and visited most of the island. Old Town Puerto del Carmen is lovely for a evening meal .Hiperdino is great for your food shopping at the end of the road. Thank you Tino,Mapi and daughter for this magical holiday,

GREAT!

We've booked Tino & Mapi's house for one week and we had a real great time! The house is very nice (big, clean with all the necessary), the children loved the swimming pool and the owner made us feel at home. They brought us a ton of advices before our arrival, went to warm us on arrival, prepared a little package to welcome us. They are great and I sincerely and warmly recommend to book their house. Lanzarote is a very interesting island. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks for all. Best regards Celine

Compleet en gezellig huis op rustige locatie

We verbleven met vier volwassenen een week in casa Tara. Het huis is ruim, compleet en gezellig ingericht en erg schoon. We werden verwelkomd met wijn, water, olijven en snacks. Het huis is gelegen op een rustige locatie, met inderdaad zicht op de oceaan Ă©n het vliegveld. Een feestje voor liefhebbers van vliegverkeer. Het geluid van stijgende vliegtuigen (zo nu en dan) was af en toe luid en duidelijk, maar de overlast ervan viel absoluut in het niet bij alle andere voordelen van dit schitterende huis op deze verder zeer rustige locatie met volop privacy. Een grote supermarkt bevindt zich op twee minuten rijden (de weg - onverhard- naar beneden). Een auto is noodzakelijk. De organisatie en informatievoorziening vooraf verliep prima via email. We komen terug!

awfully nice!!

Again looking for a nice place to stay during christmasdays.Unfortunately I will never find such a beautiful home as this. It's already rented. Never seen such a nice house. We enjoyed it very much! It was clean, the owners helped us. It did'nt matter that we had no hot water one day.We were in paradise! Highly recommended! Thanks!

great villa, nice lessors, absolutely perfect!

We rented Casa Tara with six persons in December. The lessors were perfectly nice to us and helped us with any questions. No problems at all. The large villa is clean, cosy and comfortable equipped, the heated pool was great at any time of the day and any weather. We were perfectly happy. It leaves nothing to be desired, so we will definitely come back. Casa Tara made our vacation perfect and we would recommend it without any doubt.

EXCELLENT !!!! EXTRAORDINARY ! THANK YOU !!!!!!

We want to thank again and again Mapi and Tino for all !!! our holidays in your house were extraordinary and we recommend it at everyone ! You are very kind et really understanding : always available for any questions, always ready to make your holidays the best of your life !. Once in the week, there is a man who comes cleaning the swimming pool and a woman who comes cleaning the house, who changes the sheets of the beds and the towels. The swimming pool is warm even in winter and it is very large ! The house is very spacious, with open spaces for music, for TV, for reading, with several settees with blancket on each one, many books. The terrace is very spacious, with sun or shade, as you choose ! you can see the sea just in front of you, just below of the hill ! it is very calm and we are absolutely not worried by the airport. GuĂŻme is very quiet and very restful place. Its situation is perfect : central in the island, close to the sea and shops. Mapi and Tino make the difference ! meet them and their Casa Tara, you will be really very enjoyed ! We falled in love with this house... we didn't want to leave......See you soo Mapi and Tino !!!
