Villa Clara is a villa of new construction of the year 2014, is located in a very quiet residential area, totally private on a plot of 1. 100 m2 and surrounded by a garden with plants of the zone. Account of 3 bedrooms, the main one with double bed and private bathroom, the other two have 2 single beds in each one of them. There is another bathroom with shower, kitchen, utility room and living - dining room. It is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, juice squeezer, blender and all kinds of kitchenware. In the living room there is satellite TV, DVD and radio. Outside there is a covered terrace, deck chairs and umbrella, heated pool, barbecue area and private parking. Villa Clara is only a 5-10 minute drive from the beach. In the area of ​​Tías you can find restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, health center, banks, etc ... Tías is ideal for rest and unwind.

Had a lovely stay in villa weather was a let down. The only negative I would have and I mean only us the pool is not warm enough even when it was sunny it was like ice. But any problems and Silvia answered and sorted really quickly

Wonderfully relaxing holiday

Villa Clara has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the sun. The Villa is Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with all the mod cons, like a home from home. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Tias and the mountain and sea views are just beautiful, the outdoor area is well furnished and the heated pool is perfect for a swim and having lots of fun. As a family of 3 with a 9 yr old, we all very much enjoyed our time at Villla Clara and can't wait to visit again. Thanks to Silvia for being a wonderful host.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

This was the second time we have stayed in Villa Clara, and just as fabulous this time. The villa is a good size in a nice quiet location. Electric gates are a new and welcome addition since our last visit, easy to park your hire car up on your return to the villa. The pool is lovely and warm and just the right size, easy to cover up every night with the roll cover. If you are looking for a lovely villa in Lanzarote, this is the one, we can't wait to book again. Silvia is a fantastic host and is always quick to answer any questions that you send her.

Fabulous villa

We had a fabulous two week stay in Villa Clara. Spotless and spacious villa. Everything you could want for a very relaxing stay. Beds and sofa comfortable. Outside space brilliant - plenty of shade and sunshine. Pool perfect! This is a residential area so very quiet and just a 2 minute drive to a supermarket (closed on Sunday). This is our 7th visit to Lanzarote and 5th villa we have stayed in. It was the best! Thank you Silvia!

A lovely stay

The property is located in a nice quiet area of Tias but is still close to the centre and it’s amenities. A car is a must to really explore the island but there is plenty of off road parking at the villa to make that a simple process. Silvia made the check in process really easy and was very responsive when we had a query. The villa is lovely and airy and is is well stocked with kitchen equipment and appliances. The bedrooms are a nice size with good wardrobe space and large mirrors. The lounge/diner is air conditioned which is lovely. It would be nice to have aircon in the bedrooms but the provision of quality fans means you can get the bedrooms to a nice temperature. We had a lovely holiday and would certainly book this villa again

Excellentes vacances dans la maison de Silvia qui a toujours été adorable avec nous. Un havre de paix

Nous étions un groupe de quatre amis et nous avons séjourné durant deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa de 150 m2. Les installations sont exemplaires et la piscine chauffée est fort agréable. L’endroit est calme et à l’abri des regards ce qui nous a permis de prendre des bains de soleil dans le plus simple appareil. La voiture est obligatoire pour aller faire ses courses, aller à la plage ou au restaurant, ainsi que pour visiter les nombreux sites touristiques de l’île. Un grand merci à Silvia pour son accueil et aux responsables de l’entretien de la villa. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à la Villa Clara.

My parents in law, my wife and me stayed for twelve days in Tias in Silvia's beautiful house. Everything was fine, so there was really nothing to complain about. What we mostly enjoyed was having our breakfast and evening meals on the terrace, because of the nice weather and the view on the sea and Arrecife. But my favourite about the house, was the great pool. After every day under the sunnof Lanzarote I was looking forward to that fantastic pool. So my recommendation: Don't think, just book.

Absolutely amazing stay

Het huis was zo ontzettend schoon en netjes toen wij aankwamen. Ook had de eigenaresse voor speelgoed voor onze baby gezorgd, en babybed en kinderstoel. Uitermate behulpzaam en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Super goede ligging, wij komen zeker terug!

Sonne von früh bis spät - Die perfekte Villa!

Die Villa ist groß, sauber, hat eine eigene Einfahrt mit Tor, einen traumhaften Außenbereich mit Pool und als Highlight - den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terasse! So konnten wir auch im November den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen. Die Villa liegt im nördlichen Tias und somit fast direkt an Puerto del Carmen und für uns noch wichtiger, nicht weit entfernt von Playa Honda. Für uns die ideale Lage: Sehr ruhig, kein Trubel direkt um einen herum und mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 Minuten in Playa Honda. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Une maison spacieuse et bien adaptée

Bien située à 15 mn de Pietri del Carmen en voiture(indispensable) une propriété spacieuse, avec de grandes pièces, et une terrasse sur la piscine parfaitement disposée. Notez bien que Tías est un site très exposé aux vents ! Excellente prestation !!!! Sylvia est disponible et a l’écoute.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist für ein Feriendomizil sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und bietet alles, um hier einige schöne Tage zu verbringen. Für 3 Personen ist es völlig ausreichend, aber auch nicht zu groß. Ruhiges schöes Haus

Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem schnell zu fuss in Tias . Haus und Grundstück wie beschrieben , mit Berg u. Meerblick . Vermieter freundlich , sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar .
