It is a stone throw from the ocean which has incredible 360 degree views of both the sea and the surrounding countryside. The house consists of a large living area, 2 spacious bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and 3 separate outside spaces with BBQ. Private parking and a Jacuzzi are included. Its also possible to walk to all the restaurants, supermarkets and beaches that both Arrieta and Punta Mujeres have to offer. The perfect choice for families, couples and friends.

Perfect location

This is such a lovely spacious house. 3 outdoor areas to enjoy. One with hot tub off main bedroom. Had everything we needed for a lovel quiet sunshine week. We love this area of Lanzarote and very much enjoyed this beautiful comfortable house and would really recommend.

Sounds of the sea

A wonderful week at Gareth's apartment in Punta Mujeres. Close to the sea in tiny holiday complex, the well-equipped apartment has all you need for a great stay. Offering a lounge balcony, rooftop terrace and jacuzzi, the apartment offers a relaxing space from which to explore the island. A 30-minute drive from the airport, getting around the island is easy with a hire car and there are plenty of sightseeing locations nearby. We swam in the sea pools just a few minutes walk from the apartment most days and surfing is an option for the water sports tourists. Overall, a great, well-priced location to which we would happily return!

Perfect seaside apartment

We had a wonderful week here. The property has everything you need for a family holiday by the sea. The apartment is spacious and homely and the roof terrace has great views. The hot tub was a added bonus! The location between Arrieta and Punta Mujeres was perfect for us. We enjoyed the local sea pools every day and this was definitely a highlight for us being so close to them. The beach at Arrieta is also close by and great for enjoying the sea and local seafood. The host was easy to communicate with and on hand if we needed anything but we didn't! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Exactly what we needed!

My mum, sister-in-law and myself have just returned from a fantastic stay at this super cute property. It's just what we expected, wanted and needed. Gareth the owner helped us sort out one small issue within an hour and lives locally so on hand if needed. We had a great time. The location is away from the tourist hotspots but within walking distance of natural sea pools and some great restaurants. I'd recommend hiring a car to get out and see some of the island (there is ample parking). Would definitely recommend staying here and I for one will be back, potentially solo next time. Thanks Gareth.

Overall good, with a few problems.

The property was clean and well positioned. There were a few problems that were dealt with but should have been sorted before our arrival. The fridge was broken which meant the freezer section was only usable for ice cubes as the door was broken and had to be wedged shut with a piece of cardboard. It really needs a proper fridge freezer and a few more items in the kitchen like jugs and heavier frying pans for the ceramic top.

Situé au nord de l'île dans une zone moins touristique et du coup un peu plus authentique, l'appartement est très cosy (normal le propriétaire est vraisemblablement anglais). Sur deux niveaux et trois terrasses. Nous étions que deux mais possible d'être à 4 sans être les uns sur les autres. Bien équipé, propriétaire charmant et très réactif. Un souci sur le réseau d'eau (sans gravité) et il a répondu en quelques minutes et est intervenu en qques heures.Les plus:-un livret écrit par le propriétaire (en anglais uniquement) donnant un tas d'informations utiles et d'idées de choses à faire/visiter. -Un jacuzzi bien plus calme que l'océan qui des fois est assez violent.Je repasserai par ce propriétaire si l'occasion se présente de retourner sur l'île.

Un logement tres bien pensé et très bien situé face à l'océan. Le logement est parfait pour 4 personnes, il y a le nécessaire pour y vivre presque comme à la maison. La petite commune dispose de tout le nécessaire pour du dépannage avec 2 supérettes, ainsi qu'une très bonne pizzeria à quelques pats.De superbes piscines naturelles qu'on peu voir du toit terrasse se remplir au gré des marées. Un système écologique préservé grace au filtrage de l'eau de mer qui sert pour l'usage quotidien. Il faut donc anticiper d'avoir de l'eau en bouteille au frais pour la consommation. Un grand merci à Garerh, pour sa présence discrète
