About this property

Duplex near the sea. Casa Maria. Lanzarote. Natural pools.

The duplex has two bedrooms, one with double bed (1.50 m) and one with two single beds (90cm). It also has another room on the ground floor where there is a sofa bed, so it could accommodate up to six people. There is a small terrace at the entrance and the downstairs bedroom also has a small outdoor space. The large room also has a small balcony. The kitchen has everything you need from utensils: plates, glasses, cups, silverware, pots, pans, coffee (Italian and electric), kettle, toaster, blender ... In addition there is always the basics for cooking: oil, vinegar, spices ... and something to make a quick meal ... you need for breakfast, at least the first day, and a bottle of mineral water is provided. The living room has a television, a DVD and a mini-chain, and several board games and books in several languages. The bathroom has a large shower without plate, but at ground level. It has natural ventilation and towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo ... and hair dryers are provided. There are also two bathrobes available in the closet of the master bedroom.
The village has 4 natural pools and a small beach and several accesses to the sea. There are several bars and restaurants and various shops.
Just 2km from the sea walk the village of Arrieta, with a nice beach and all amenities also found.
We recommend having access to a private vehicle to visit the nearby resorts: Jameos Water Cueva de los Verdes, Mirador del Rio, among others, in addition to other routes and charms of the island. Although there is also public transportation available in the village.

A true "home" and a wonderful owner

Maria was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning - timely, informative and courteous messages gave us confidence this was a host that took pride in their service. The house was also a wonderful home (unlike some holiday homes that can feel a bit clinical). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again on our next trip to Lanzarote!

LIMPIEZA!!

A mi mujer y a mi nos fascinó la tranquilidad de la calle donde se ubica la casa. Al llegar te das cuenta que llegas a una extensión de tu propio hogar ya que la limpieza es la clave de este alojamiento. Acceso a Jameos del Agua en 5 min, paseitos por la costa a media noche. La anfitriona muy atenta a todo y flexibilidad al hacer la entrada, no como un hotel. Aparte nos recomendó lugares para comer y muchos detalles de calidad. Repetiremos!!

Un petit coin de paradis

Un séjour au calme loin du tourisme de masse. La maison de María est un havre de paix. Punta Mujeres est un petit village de pêcheurs mais on y trouve des petits commerces et quelques restaurants. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi le Nord de l'île car bien plus sauvage que le Sud. Ses volcans me manquent déjà...

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Marias kleinem Haus. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen ist die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich. Küchenutensilien, diverse Bücher in vielen Sprachen, super schnelles Internet, zusätzliche Decken für Leute denen ein Laken nicht reicht.. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation mit Maria unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Muchas Gracias Maria - ¡Tuvimos unas excelentes vacaciones en tu casa!

très bon séjour

Ambiance plus village que station touristique, ce que l'on cherchait. Maisonnette en duplex décorée avec goût et excellent contact avec Maria. La seule chose qui nous a manqué c'est un panier à salade. Le bord de mer est à un bloc de rue avec une très jolie ballade pédestre sur le littoral sauvage ou vers les rues du village. commerce et restaurants pas loin.

Das Haus ist ganz wunderbar! Wir haben noch nie eine so dermaßen toll ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Eine tolle Überraschung war, dass María kurz vor unserer Ankunft das Haus frisch renoviert hatte - u.a. wurden Küche und Schlafzimmer erneuert. Es sah also alles noch viel schöner und heller aus als auf den Fotos zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung. Dazu alles blitzsauber. María empfing uns sehr herzlich und hatte bereits ein paar leckere Dinge für ein gutes Ankommen in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Thank you María, for two weeks at your beautiful house. Feines Ferienhaus zwischen Einheimischen

Erst dachten wir, die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Dem war nicht so, aber in nur 2 min Fußweg ist man an einem der natürlichen Pools am Meer. Die Wohnung oder Haus selber war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche hat nix gefehlt, außer vielleicht ein scharfes Messer. Man wohnt direkt zwischen Einheimischen, sodass man die Art zu Leben auf Lanzarote hautnah mit erleben kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und die Absprachen waren sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem war es für uns ein gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gern weiter!

Das Objekt war ganz toll. Wir haben uns gleich von Anfang an wie zuhause Gefüht. Maria hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Einrichtung wie beschrieben (prima die komplette Kücheneinrichtung mit Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Ölen). Ortsübliche Anwohnerstraße - parken meist vor dem Haus möglich. Sehr schön sind auch die Naturbadebecken im Ort. Zu empfehlen sind auch die Badebuchten zwischen Arrieta und Orzola. Gerne Kommen wir wieder Vielen

Belle maison très bien située et accueil très attentionné de Maria la propriétaire

La maison de Maria est située dans un village typique de pêcheurs, très calme, à quelques mètres de la mer et des piscines naturelles. Le village dispose de deux épiceries et de plusieurs restaurants et il est très proche des lieux touristiques comme Jameos del aga, Cueva Verde et le jardin de cactus. La maison de Maria est spacieuse, confortable, très joliment décorée et elle possède tout le nécessaire comme dans sa propre maison. Accueil très attentionné avec un copieux petit déjeuner, du vin blanc de pays et du fromage. Le contact avec Maria a été immédiat et spontané. Maria est une femme de coeur disponible et très serviable. Nous avons été très sensibles à toutes ses attentions quand notre petit fils a été hospitalisé d'urgence : elle s'est rendue spontanément à l'hôpital pour lui rendre visite, nous a proposé ses services pour nos démarches administratives et nous a aidés dans nos déplacements. Encore un grand merci à elle !

Very comfortable house in a charming resort.

We spent a week in Maria’s house in Feb 2019. Fortunately we had some great weather! The house is very comfortable with everything you could need for a short stay. It is perfectly located and all the main attractions in the north of Lazarote are within easy reach if you have a car. I would also recommend the coastal walks to the James’s Del Agua to the north and the beach and bar in Arrieta to the south which we did a few times. Punta Mujeres is quiet but all three restaurants we went to were good especially Tahoyo which is literally round the corner. Bar la Piscina on the front is good for coffee and an early evening beer. It’s great for swimming too, I went every day. All in all a great place to stay and we knew Maria was on hand if we needed anything (we didn’T).

Brilliant place to explore Lanzarote

Lovely little house with everything you could need for a good holiday. 2 minutes walk from the small enclosed beach and close to many of the local tourist attractions. Quiet little village with good restaurants and small supermarket. Easy parking in November. Maria is super helpful and keen to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Tolle Wohnung auf Trauminsel

Vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung. DieWohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder hatten zwar bei uns suggeriert, man hat einen Blick aufs Meer, was nicht stimmt, aber das war überhaupt nicht schlimm. So wohnt man mitten zwischen den Einheimischen und zum Meer ist es eine Minute. Daher , sehr zu empfehlen:-)

Ideale Basis

Das Haus ist eine sehr gute Basis, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Nordteil der Insel zu erkunden. Sehr viele Gebäude von Cesar Manrique sind in der Nähe, z.B. ist Jamos del Aqua nur 3 km entfernt. Wir wurden von Maria sehr freundlich empfangen. Für den ersten Tag war der Kühlschrank schon gut gefüllt. Sogar eine Flasche Wein stand bereit! Das Haus hat spanischen Charakter, es ist zur Strasse hin orientiert. Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Vorplatz auf dem man gut ein Glas Wein trinken und den Nachbarn zusehen kann. Toll fanden wir auch den nicht einsehbaren z. T. überdachten Lichthof vor der Küche. Ein idealer Ort zum Frühstücken oder Essen. Zwei Restaurants kann man empfehlen: La Nasa in Arrieta und das Puerto Verde in Haria, max. 5 km entfernt. Wenn man auf den Meerblick verzichten kann, ist es sehr empfehlenswert.
