A true "home" and a wonderful owner

Maria was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning - timely, informative and courteous messages gave us confidence this was a host that took pride in their service. The house was also a wonderful home (unlike some holiday homes that can feel a bit clinical). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again on our next trip to Lanzarote!

Maria was an excellent host. The property was clean and arty. The communication through VBRO was terrible and I will never use them again. As soon as the host & I exchanged e.mail details everything was alright. Before this it was stressful

Well, where do we begin. From the second we booked, communication with Maria was brilliant, always very quick to reply to messages and when we actually met her, she was so friendly and provided a detailed and informative tour of the house. It was spotlessly clean, had absolutely everything you could possibly need and felt very homely. The description and photos on the site are accurate but looks better when you are actually there. The weather was very hot while we were there but the design of the house provides plenty of air circulating through the house so it was perfect. The location was great for us, we don't like the "tourist" areas as we like to feel part of the local community and we felt very "at home". There are restaurants, coffee shops, shop to buy provisions and of course the beach and natural pools all within 5-10 minute walk of the house. We hired a car but walked to Arrieta most evenings along the coastal walk, which took about 35 minutes at a slow pace, perfect. We had a great 10 days and would highly recommend Maria and her house 100%.

Ses volcans me manquent déjà...

Wunderbar

Thank you María, for two weeks at your beautiful house. We enjoyed it very much!

Very comfortable house in a charming resort.

We spent a week in Maria’s house in Feb 2019. Fortunately we had some great weather! The house is very comfortable with everything you could need for a short stay. It is perfectly located and all the main attractions in the north of Lazarote are within easy reach if you have a car. I would also recommend the coastal walks to the James’s Del Agua to the north and the beach and bar in Arrieta to the south which we did a few times. Punta Mujeres is quiet but all three restaurants we went to were good especially Tahoyo which is literally round the corner. Bar la Piscina on the front is good for coffee and an early evening beer. It’s great for swimming too, I went every day. All in all a great place to stay and we knew Maria was on hand if we needed anything (we didn’T).
