Absolutely amazing apartment with wonderful oceanview. Well equipped kitchen, clean and perfectly tidy. Pleasant surroundings, quiet location and wonderful swimming in natural pools are an added bonus. Correct communication with AI assistant. It's a kind of said.

Perfectly placed apartment

The apartment was in a fantastic location and is well served with a local supermarket and a couple of restaurants, the area is peaceful and ideal for a relaxing break . Online photos suggested an oven in the apartment which there was not . The apartment lacked information about the local area and a welcome pack . Beds and sofa were uncomfortable and sofa could have benefited from some cushions . Overall good value for money and a great terrace with a superb view .

Ausblick von der Terrasse

CONTRA:Early check in war nicht möglich,obwohl die Anfrage zwei Tage vorher war.Manueller Schlüsselkasten.Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit der Agentur.Gastgeber antwortete nur nach mehrfacher Nachfrage.Herd funktionierte am Samstag Abend auf einmal nicht mehr.Das ganze Essen auf dem Herd mussten wir verwerfen.Telefonische Kommunikation mit der Agentur war kaum möglich,nur auf sehr niedrigem Niveau.Sie sagten,dass 30 min später ein Techniker kommen solle,nach zwei Stunden war immer noch keiner da.Dann kamen die Reinigungskräfte und ermöglichten uns,dass wir in der Nachbarwohnung für zwei Tage kochen konnten.Laut Agentur sollte dann am Sonntag jemand kommen,auch dann kam keiner.Am Montag kam dann jemand,mal wieder auf Nachfrage.Diese unkompetente und desolate Kommunikation und Organisation ist nicht zu toppen.Einrichtung ist nicht wie auf den Bildern.Sonnenschirmhalterung ist auch defekt.Sofa ist sehr unbequem.Sehr schlechtes Equipment der Küche.Abgenutzte Bratpfannen,Messer die nicht schneiden,Töpfe die nicht richtig aufliegen.Keine Servierschüsseln,kein Salatbesteck und vieles mehr was fehlte.Keine Bettwäsche zum wechseln war vorhanden,trotz Buchung von 14 Tagen.PRO:Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse war grandios.Die Wohnung ist geräumig

Todo muy bien. Hemos estado muy agusto. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina muy equipada y estaba limpio. Las vistas son espectáculares, las hamacas de la terraza muy cómodas y la terraza amplia y muy agradable. Lo único malo, es que el sofá es muy incómodo.

Todo estupendo, limpio, cómodo, con todos los servicios (lavadora, secador, plancha...) y perfecta ubicación. Por poner un 'pero' diría que para un plato de ducha deberían poner una mampara para que no se te peguen las cortinas cuando te duchas y tambien poner una pequeña repisa en la ducha para poder colocar el gel y champú, especialmente si se alojan personas mayores, por seguridad. De resto, todo genial. Muchisimas gracias por vuestra amabilidad en todo momento. Saludos
