Tranquillità e pace

Una chicca in mezzo alla natura, con un panorama bellissimo, vista sul mare e rumore solo delle cicale... Il nostro alloggio, sebbene piccolino per 3, era comunque pratico e funzionale. Piscina e l'area relax soprastante ben tenuta, come il campo da tennis. Ideale per rilassarsi e godere della visuale sul mare lontano. L'unico lato negativo: la strada sterrata per arrivarci..

Toller Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Wir waren gut 10 Tage auf dem Weingut in der Nähe von Riparbella. Die Lage ist genial mit einen überragenden Ausblick und einer Super Ausstattung! Der Weg dahin war allerdings kein leichter da man gut 4-5 km unbefestigte Untergrund hinter sich bringen muss. Aber das hat im Summe doch ganz gut geklappt. Die Anlage an sich ist nahezu perfekt. Sowohl von der Lage als auch der Ausstattung. Vom Pool über Tennisplatz bis hin zu den Grill möglichkeiten war alles da was man braucht. Supermarkt war auch nicht weit weg. Der Gastgeber hat uns immer Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und auch die Führung durch den Weinberg war toll. Leider konnte man vorab nicht einsehen das wir in der 3.ten Etage wohnten. Bei solch einem Ausblick haben wir fast nur draussen gegessen und es war etwas schwierig alles nach unten zu bekommen obwohl vom Tablett bis zum Körbchen alles da war. Ich würde das nächste mal definitiv ein Erdgeschoss Apartment buchen ... das lohnt sich. Der Pool ist ebenfalls grandios und hat alles was man braucht inkl. einer Umkleidebereich und eine Toilette. Direkt darüber befindet sich ein großes Zelt was man auch auf den Bildern gut erkennen kann. Hier kann man toll auch mal den Schatten und die Aussicht genießen. Hier ist auch eine Hütte mit Kühlschrank vorhanden. Was kurze Wege vom Pool zu einem kühlen Getränk garantiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen es war nahezu perfekt auch für Kinder und Familien.

Hâvre de paix au milieu des vignes

Très belle propriété au milieu des vignes avec, par temps dégagé la mer a l'horizon. L 'appartement était confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, juste a savoir que cette appartement étant au dernier étage il n'y pas de vue extérieure, ceux des autres étage si. L'acceuil est chaleureux et les attentions nombreuses au détour du frigo et des armoires ! la propriété étant assez éloignée des premiers commerces, lors de l'arrivée c'est un véritable plaisir d'avoir du pain , des croissants, du beurre, du jambon, du vin ...pour avoir le temps de s'organiser au niveau des courses. Un petit regret de n'avoir pas pu faire la visite des vignes et la dégustation, ce sera pour ma prochaine fois ... la piscine est top, bien située et très propre, du café a disposition toute la journée et un frigo aux abords. Des endroits différents pour manger ou boire un verre (piscine, haut de la piscine, devant la maison, au dessus du tennis etc ...) Les machines a laver et le seche linge sont collectifs, les produits a disposition . Des VTT sont a disposition avec casques et également des raquettes et balles de tennis. Concernant les VTT bien vérifier avant le gonflage des pneus et les freins, (celui que j'avais choisi n'avait pas de frein arrière) Le chemin d'accès est gravillonné avec quelques trous, il faut donc l'emprunter cool durant les 3 kms. Lors de l'arrivée nous avons un peu galèré pour trouver il faut mettre Fagiolaia . Le vin est très bon tant en rouge que en blanc, et nous regrettons de n'avoir pris que 2 cartons ! Un très bon séjour, la semaine est passée très vite, nous reviendrons donc une prochaine fois . Merci pour toutes les attentions.

Wunderschön

Sehr zu empfehlen, Wunderschönes Anwesen. Sehr guter Wein. Der Ausblick ist unglaublich und eine unglaubliche ruhe. Die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, unsere Wohnung war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. W-LAN hat man auch auf dem kompletten Anwesen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier komplett richtig.

Beautiful, comfortable stay in perfect location

We loved our farmstay at the Tenuto Pakravan-Papi vineyard. The location is well situated, about 45 minutes from Pisa (north), Volterra (west) and the coastal road/towns (east). (There are some beautiful drives and interesting destinations nearby to the south, too, though we didn't have a chance to get down that way.) The farmstay is located at the top of a hill in a national park, at the end of a winding dirt road, so it takes about fifteen minutes to get there from the main road turnoff--this means there is zero traffic noise or congestion, and the peace and quiet is wonderful! It also means it is a perfect place to watch the sunset, or sunrise, or both, as you have an unobstructed and gorgeous vista view in pretty much all directions. The attic apartment is in a beautifully restored old house and they make excellent use of the space in the apartment; everything feels airy but comfortable, with clean but warm design. There is a good restaurant nearby; we split our mealtimes between the restaurant, our daytrip destinations, and our own little kitchen, which was stocked with appliances and dishes. Amineh provided plenty of breakfast items for the length of our stay. Amineh and Enzo were welcoming and made sure we had anything we needed. They are both very interesting people, with a lot of knowledge about a variety of subjects. Amineh speaks Italian, French, English, Spanish, and Farci fluently. The tour of the wine-making facilities was interesting. It's clear Amineh and Enzo care deeply about the wine-making process--and, of course, the quality of the resulting excellent wines. We did not have a chance to try out the pool, but its location is great--right at the edge of the high hill, overlooking a farmed and forested valley. They are planning to add a tennis court and breakfast pavilion in the next month or two. Wonderful! I wish I were still there! Highly recommended.
