This apartment is composed of one room with a lot of personality, decorated and designed in detail with high quality materials. It is equipped with 100% ECO cotton bed and bathroom linen, smart TV and stand out for their comfort.



The living room is very comfortable and spacious. It also has a Smart TV, a double sofa bed and an extra bed. Its large windows bring a lot of light into the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything our guests need to feel at home.

Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very central to art galleries and lots of restaurants. Highlight more the apartment’s location above a popular nightclub and busy street scene

Great location and a lovely, spacious apartment. Communication with Caletahomes via WhatsApp was smooth, and they respond very quickly, which is much appreciated. It would be nice if the tumble dryer in the next room weren’t used at night, as the noise carries into the bedroom.
