Poolside Cottage 32 By The Sea Shore. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom professionally decorated Cottage will have you dreaming about the beach for weeks! You enter this beautiful home through the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances, Keurig and standard coffee makers, and much more! A spacious bar top, with seating for four, and a quaint dining table with seating for six can be found on the way to the living area.
The first floor has a wonderful screened-in porch, complete with rocking chairs and a picnic table. The patio boasts a gas grill, fire pit, and four Adirondack chairs. Off of the porch, you will find the Master Bedroom with a private ensuite bath. Finishing off the first floor, you will find a laundry room and half bath. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms: The first with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twins, both with their own private bathroom and access to the upper porch. You will be pleased to find original artwork proudly sprinkled all throughout this home. The living area, master bedroom, and guest room #2 each have a 50'' TV. Guest Room #1 includes a smaller TV with a DVD player. This unit includes 2 adult bikes. Only steps away from the pool and 233 feet from the beach! DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESSThe Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
