Casa Familia, a gorgeous Penthouse, is inspired and designed for a family lifestyle. It is beautifully decorated by the owner and you will feel right at home!

The Space:
Enjoy the open plan living area that leads to the terrace, listen to the waves and feel the refreshing breeze off the ocean. Relax in the jacuzzi, chairs lounges and palapa with al fresco dining or BBQ. Prepare your food, in a Caribbean style, in the fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences.

On the main level, you have a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The upper floor leads to two more king size bed suites and a wonderful terrace with a large palapa and sofa area with views over the garden, perfect for relaxing.

Casa Familia is located in a complex at a gated community, and within a building with its own security. This complex has a huge swimming pool, tennis court and beachside with palapas and lounge chairs. A very short walk takes you to the Puerto Aventuras Marina with the many restaurants, boutiques, delicatessens, bars and much more.

Beautiful and spacious condo

We enjoyed our stay at casa familia! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Condo had everything we needed and is a great location. Highly recommend this condo, definitely one of the best units in villas Del Mar.

Family Vacation

This condo was a perfect place for my family to stay for a wedding. The pool and beach are right out the back, and the condo was spacious enough to accommodate everyone’s sleeping needs! Liz was incredibly reaponsive through WhatsApp for any needs or information. We will definitely stay in the same place if we come back!

Wonderful Condo- Our Favorite in Villas Del Mar

Our family of 6- now all adult children loved this condo. We felt like we had plenty of room to spread out and we loved using both outdoor covered patios for playing games and hanging out, and doing yoga. Condo was Clean, property manager replied within minutes on Whats up app. Well Done!!!!

This was a perfect place!

What a beautiful location and perfect place to stay for families. We chose to spend Thanksgiving in tropical style and loved how perfect this condo was along with every amenity, view and comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend this location and everyone was so easy to work with. We will be back thank you from Texas ! Mindy

Fantastic!

We just returned from a week at Casa Familia. The residence was more beautiful than the photos. Puerto Aventuras, in general, is a wonderful place for a family vacation and Casa Familia made it even better. It had everything we needed and more. We cannot wait to go back!
