About this property

Balcon Bellavista B - Vacation Home by the Sea

Our apartments are located on one of the city’s oldest streets.
They all have balconies and windows overlooking the sea.
Just a short walk from both public and private beaches, as well as all of the city’s cultural attractions:
Medieval Washhouse, Mandralisca Museum, the Duomo (UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the entrance to the Rocca Nature Park.
It is not possible to drive all the way to the entrance of the apartments because they are located in the heart of the Historic Centre and therefore within a Limited Traffic Zone, but the meeting point for unloading luggage is about 200 metres away, and you won’t be left on your own!
In addition, we have a partnership with the “Centro Storico” car park where, once you’ve parked your car, depending on availability, you can take advantage of a free shuttle service to the apartment.

Cefalù

Can’t say enough about the apartment. Very nice and modern. It’s actually nicer than the pictures show. The views from the balcony are amazing. The hosts were very attentive and helpful with parking and calling taxi and general recommendations. Not only helpful but proactively so reaching out to see how things were going. They have been the best hosts for vacation rentals we have had. We loved Cefalù and hope to return.

Location Location Location

When you first walk in, the first thing you see is a giant water and mold stain on the living room wall. Then, as you walk through the rest of the apartment and you see the view, it (almost) makes you forget about the mold. The location is fantastic and the view is amazing, but besides the mold, there are a few small things that should be done that would improve the experience. For example, there should have been more toilet paper in the bathroom, laundry detergent for the washer, and for most of our stay, the tv did not work. Those things are minor, but the mold should be addressed immediately.
