Luxury villa in an extremely quiet area called Chervenka between Chernomorets and Sozopol. There are four beaches around the villa in walking distance. The most popular is Gradina beach and it's only 750 meters away from the villa (5 mins walk). It is very suitable for families with clear and shadow waters as well as with few restaurants and water attractions for fun. Next to the villa there are safe rocks for diving and fishing and other 2 very popular beaches.

The price per night is inclusive the following benefits with NO extra charge:
-Accomodation for maximum 12 guests
-Housekeeping services on side and help line (spoken languages English, German and Bulgarian)
- Full local 24/7 support in case of need

Additional extras:
- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner with local fresh ingredients according to your preferences from our private chef (45€/day per guest)
- unlimited spring water,soft drinks, coffee,tea,milk and freshly squeezed orange juice (90€/day for all guests)
- We will do for you your shop list at any time you want 30€/day
