6 bedroom luxury villa in quiet area, with private pool near beaches

This modern villa is fully air conditioned except for small single bedroom. Five bedrooms have double beds, one of those has an additional single and fold out bed. The 6th single bedroom has a single bed and is not air conditioned.
The ground floor, which is self contained, has a shower room with WC, kitchen facilities (including fridge and microwave) a separate double bedroom and a futon/double bed. Ideal for teenagers or other members of the family who might want some privacy. The ground floor kitchen area is air conditioned but the adjoining bedroom is not but you can leave the door open. The ground floor is a cool area if the shutters are kept closed even without air conditioning.
On the first floor there is an open plan living area with a modern kitchen and panoramic views of the coast.
There is a 42 inch satellite LED TV with internet channels which includes Discovery and CNN news channels and sport.
There is also a terrace with dining table.
Also on the first floor there is a shower room with toilet, laundry room and a double bedroom.
Upstairs on the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom with en suite shower room. It opens onto a large shaded terrace offering more panoramic views of the sea. There is another double bedroom with large shaded terrace and an additional double bedroom with balcony and an additional single bed and a folding bed. There is also a single bedroom with no air conditioning but a fan.

2025 will be the 13th season that Villa Elysia is available for rent. Completed in 2011, the villa is constantly undergoing improvements and the garden is always evolving helped by an irrigation system.
The nearest tourist beaches are Apolonnia and Kavatsi which are a 15 minute walk or you can drive and park nearby. They are clean and safe and have had good reviews recently.
There are restaurants close to the villa, the Chaika Seafood Restaurant (Далян Чайка) and a few more near the neighbouring Anel Art complex. More open each year and there are probably more now. The beaches have more bars and restaurants each year and I have taken photos in early June 2025 as the locals are preparing for the summer.
The villa's swimming pool is 10 metres by 5 metres and 2 metres deep which keeps it cooler in the heat of the summer, also a good size for laps and also large enough for children's games (buoyancy aids etc are provided)
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and no loud noise is allowed after 10pm. For night life there is loads on the nearby Kavatsite beach and in Sozopol town.
