Séjour Porto

Appartement avec 5 couchages (3 chambres) ayant été refait à neuf, il y a quelques années mais qui mériterait un rafraichissement. Présence de traces de moisissures dans la cabine de douche et sur le plafond d'une chambre. Le manque de VMC peut expliquer cette humidité et cette odeur de moisissure. La cabine de douche a du vécu et le receveur en caoutchouc mou "bizarre". Plancher de l'appartement du dessus laissant entendre le va et vient des locataires du dessus. Grand cadre de décoration ayant été cassé mais toujours accroché sans image. Nouveau concept de décoration. Sinon il est très bien situé dans un quartier calme.
