Modern villa Elite 1 is located in Fazana not far from Pula and only 1.5 km from the beach in Puntizela. In its wonderful ambience, the villa can accommodate a total of 8 people. The modern and new interior with large glass surfaces gives the villa a feeling of airiness and freshness. This villa is semidetached and it shares the walls with its sister Elite 2. Both villas share fully enclosed garden, but each villa is a self-sustaining house and it has its own swimming pool located in a way giving both groups of guests its privacy.
