It’s a newly renovated apartment with Wi-Fi, accommodating up to 5 people. It’s modern, cheerful, and features a lovely balcony with panoramic views (of the sea and mountains) where you can sit and enjoy a beautiful sunset. It’s fully equipped, with a beautiful and well-appointed communal area that includes a pool and a playground with swings. It features one master bedroom with a double bed and a single trundle bed underneath, closets, and access to the balcony overlooking the sea. It has a new air conditioner with a special virus-filtering system.

The dining room is spacious and includes a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two additional people. The dining room is tastefully and fully decorated, with an LED TV offering views of the ocean and the pool.

It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, offering views of the ocean and the pool—a fantastic spot to have breakfast or enjoy a beer while gazing out at the ocean. Plus, you can see the entire pool from the balcony, so if you’re travelling with children, you can keep a close eye on them.

It has a well-equipped, modern kitchen (refrigerator, glass-ceramic stove, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, etc.).

The bathroom is also very modern and spacious, with a good shower.

The apartment is right on the boardwalk—just cross the street and you’re at the beach. It’s also located in one of the best residential complexes, featuring a playground with swings, a large swimming pool equipped with hammocks and lounge chairs, and a smaller pool for babies, as well as a landscaped area with fountains.

It’s also just a few metres from a large supermarket and surrounded by a multitude of shops and businesses, ranging from typical tourist shops selling souvenirs to banks and clothing stores, as well as everyday essentials like bakeries, butcher shops, fishmongers, produce stands, and more. Everything is within a 4–5-minute walk.

There are also various types of bars and restaurants in the area for lunch or dinner, ranging from traditional paella and seafood spots to pizzerias and even more local establishments serving home-cooked meals, depending on your preferences.
