2-bed Villamartin Apt with balcony and solarium

This upper duplex apartment sits on Villamartin's Panorama Golf complex facing the road rather than the communal pool giving it more privacy and less noise. It's a homely apartment because as owners, we also spend quite a lot of time here.

The balcony is great for breakfast in the morning sun. The roof solarium has various seating options and is perfect for private sunbathing or an evening meal, perhaps from the gas BBQ. The nearby communal pool is available if you want to cool off.

I stayed at this apartment over the summer and had a fantastic experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great bonus, parking outside was always easy, and the neighborhood felt very secure with friendly neighbors around. The couple who rented it out were incredibly helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress-free stay in Spain!
