2BR/ 2bath CONDO- GREAT FOR FAMILIES, GOLFERS, AND BEACHGOERS

Privately owned 2br, 2 bath 3rd floor walk up condo located in River Oaks Golf Plantation. This condo is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is perfect for small families and golfers. Parking for two automobiles only.
Minimum 4 night stay
MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 23

-Large master bedroom with king size bed and full bath.
-Second bedroom with two twin beds
-Fully equipped electric kitchen, pantry, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishes, cooking supplies and more.
-Central air/heat. Ceiling fans
- Includes all linens, towels, beach towels, blow dryers, 2 tennis rackets/balls, board and card games, assortment of DVDs, ironing board/iron, full size washer and dryer, free parking, cable TV/DVD players, and FREE WIFI.
-Full screened balcony with views of golf course.
-3 outdoor pools, putting green, and tennis court. Indoor pool from October to April.

Located near River Oaks Golf Plantation golf course and many others.
Myrtle Beach Airport, Broadway at the Beach which has many shops and restaurants, Aquarium, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, and Myrtle Beach State Park.

Very close to hwy 501 which will take you directly to the Grand Strand beaches.
-Recommend vehicle.
-We do not provide personal hygiene products or food.
-Paper products and coffee provided.
-No daily housekeeping

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO PETS, MUST FOLLOW ALL HOA RULES AND REGULATIONS. Maximum capacity is 5 people this includes children. No trailers, motorcycles, or RVs. Parking for maximum of two automobiles only.

Perfect stay and very clean

Janet’s place is a perfect place to stay and very close to the beaches. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. We had a great time and felt like we were at home.

Condo was perfect!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family. Since we were in Myrtle Beach primarily for a softball tournament, it was a perfect location-easy drive to the beach for days without games and also a central location to fields. Very well stocked and clean.

Awesome rental

We had a great time staying at this rental location and would highly recommend it to friends and family alike. Everything was exactly as listed and perfect for our four-person family. Check-in was a breeze and we were located near many major attractions and the beach.

It was a nice place to stay at.

Didn’t get an email with check in code, had to call property manager at 10:30 at night for that information. They had lots of nice extras at the place, stuff for beach -umbrella, chairs, and extra beach towels. Contacted property manager that Keurig didn’t work and regular coffee pot. Didn’t get fixed while we were there. Place was nice and in good location.

The condo was clean and spacious for our group. 15 minutes to myrtle beach. Nice stay. I am sure the ad says this, and I may have missed it, but it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator.

Great stay great owners

This place was equipped with everything imaginable. It had every dishware you could think of. The rooms were clean and the condo was in excellent shape. We had an air conditioning issue and the owners were on it quickly by calling someone in. They fixed it and it was a perfect experience after that! Thank you for being superhosts!
