Broken Fixtures and Terrible Owner Charges

Wow, where do I start? The owner did not state there was a camera on property under security features and please take heed on previous guest who had broken fixtures during there stay. Bed frames were already damaged and unfortunately the owner tried to charge $500.00 which will not go through. Not a good experience overall. You've been warned!

Unit needs many minor repairs to damage. Found several pieces of garbage in the unit, There was an attempted car break-in 2 units down from ours. Police were called. Many people hanging around the neighborhood coming and going all night. I won’t speculate what they were doing.

Decent property, but a few issues.

It’s a nice place in a good neighbourhood. It’s fairly easy to get to by car. Lots a locate stores in the area. I think the room with the multicoloured LED lights was a good idea. However, a few items in the house were broken or weren’t in a decent condition. Eg., the railings on the curtain rod were broken and feel off when trying to close the curtain. The walls has holes or dents in them from possible previous users opening the door and the handles hitting the wall. Some of the screws from things hanging on the wall were falling out. In the basement, some of the wood and insulation was showing which made it rather unsightly. Lastly, the door outside leading to the backyard was broken and failing from its hinges and was being held up by a large cement stone.
