Good turned disappointed

First time ever using Vrbo. All goes well until a week after my stay is over. Owner decides (suddenly) to try to bill me over $1100 for an alleged broken bed. After I had travelled and find myself back home in my country. Just when I thought it all went well. And I have no way to know if someone else did this after I left or if this is even true.

Hi Franklin, Thanks much for your stay and review. We haven't charged you for the broken bed, just absorbed the cost assuming cost of running business. We have just shared pictures of broken bed, which are very evident. If the bed would have been broken before the stay, it would have been clearly visible and reported as soon as you would have checked in or sleeping during your stay. Also, as a host we go and personally visit the property and verify after every checkout and professional cleaning that things are in perfect order and we are not missing on supplies or other things. Our constant endeavor is to give a feeling of Home Away from Home To The Guests. Welcome Again and This Time We will visit property together as you arrive!!
