What makes this property unique

This is the place to rest at night. It takes 4 minutes to get to Macarena's Church and 7 minutes to La Alameda (restaurants and night area). 14 minutes walk to Isla Magica (Theme park). It is just half an hour walking, through the city (enjoying the walk), to get to La Giralda.
