Enjoyed our stay.

This condo was well maintained, furniture was comfortable, and the decor was pleasant. Owner was quick to respond to emails and answered all questions. Would have liked to have a hair dryer and salt and pepper shaker, and dishwasher soap included in the supplies.

My family and I came to Rocky point to celebrate by baby’s second birthday. The host was very responsive to the questions I had and was very nice to let us check in early. The place itself was very nice and the pool is amazing. We loved how not so crowded it was and how the kids enjoyed their time in both pools without a large crowd. Unfortunately, the shower in the master’s bathroom was not clean and the master bedroom was very hot. We called and were told it would be taken care of only for to be told the next day they needed the ok from the host to take care of this. Three people who were supposed to sleep in that room had to sleep on the couch that is not very big so that was very Inconvenient. The sliding doors do not lock and that was scary with having small children in the house. We tried to do laundry and there was nothing in the laundry room except the broom and dustpan. We usually bring everything with us down to seasoning to cook, but everywhere else we have stayed had everything including beach toys and towels and the one time we didn’t, we got screwed. Good place and location. Just bring everything you need.

Peaceful and relaxing

Stayed here over the 4th of July vacation and couldn't have been more satisfied. The place is welcoming and the perfect place for a family vacation. Six of us stayed here and we never felt like we were crowded. The beach is steps away and the pool is equally refreshing.

best rocky point accommodations ever!

This was the perfect place to have our mini family reunion. plenty of dishes. the pools entertained the children for hours. we also enjoyed the mayan palace lazy river and pools. clean, beautiful and well maintained.
