From the balcony of you can hear the Sea of Cortez lapping at the shore while watching a glorious sunset with unobstructed ocean views. Situated in an exclusive gated resort 20 minutes away from traffic, crowds, and noise of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Encanto Living is steps away from Playa Miramar, known for its pristine sand, warm water, and sea spreading out to the far horizon.

The resort consists of two condominium towers (Encanto Living and Luna Blanca). Enjoy the resort’s large infinity pools and 4 large hot tubs, smaller pool options for children, 2 outdoor fire pits, private palapas, larger cabanas with picnic tables underneath, gas grills, fitness center, tennis courts, and occasional poolside food/drink.

Your stunning 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo is appointed with contemporary furnishings, updated appliances, new quartz counters, spectacular original art, stone floors, upgraded linens, and over 2,025+ sq/ft of living area. Both bedrooms are suites, with private rain shower bathrooms, tankless on-demand hot water, walk-in closets, and blackout curtains. One suite includes a king bed, a large soaking tub, and ocean-view balcony. The second suite offers two queen beds and private balcony with views of La Pinta Estuary. A futon adjacent to the half bath can sleep a child or young tee. Beautiful original artwork and furnishings are inspired by the sea.

Your fully stocked kitchen includes new extended quartz counters, a new induction stove, a new refrigerator, a new microwave, and new A/C. It also contains a dishwasher, a wide array of small appliances, along with a reverse-osmosis water purification system, Wifi, and USB ports throughout. The owners enjoy cooking and so the kitchen offers *many* unexpected items designed enhance your food preparation experience.

A Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course (oceanfront) is a 5-min (2 mi) drive away at the Grand Mayan Vidanta, where you can also enjoy casual and fine dining.

A 25-min. drive takes you to Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco) where you can explore the fish market, esplanade, and shops, along with the conveniences of a Sam's Club, Bodega Aurrera, and Walmart. Super Ley (in central Puerto Peñasco) is especially good for groceries.

Our second stay at this property. It has everything you need and you can tell the owners take pride in what they offer to their guests. We have stayed at many other properties at both Luna Blanca and Encanto Living over the years and I can say this is one of the best all the way around!

We love staying at Encanto/Luna Blanca. The property itself is just fabulous with beautiful pools and great access to the beach. This condo was wonderful and the owners were very helpful. Could not recommend more highly! The only bad part of our stay was leaving.

Great location 20 minutes south of Rocky Point

I recommend you bring food and drinks for the first day or two but when we where there April 13th-16th they had pool side food prepared in the cabana at the pool. Amazing smoked marlin and octopus Tacos! Cheap and delicious. Great place great views.

Open the front door and there is the unobstructed view of the ocean. The huge deck was where we ate all of our meals and where we had our morning coffee. Exactly what we were looking forward to. There were a few issues during our stay, but all were corrected, and none were the fault of the home owner. I highly recommend this unit!

Lovely getaway with great views and beach

Our first time visiting Puerto Peñasco was a great experience! Condo was awesome, super clean and equipped, we had everything we needed. At first I was hesitant because we arrived late and because of the location, and driving on the dirt road , it seemed in the middle of nowhere, it was an easy drive. Driving back and fort into town at daytime it was no problem! My family enjoyed the property and all the amenities! Pool was great, beach was great!Condo was great too! I will definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I came down to Rocky Point to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We love staying on Playa Mirador. There's not as many people, the beach is pristine and it's so much quieter and relaxing than Sandy Beach. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. Communication with the owners before we arrived was great. We had a wonderful stay & would love to stay here again in the future. 10/10 ⭐️!

Amazing Oceanfront Property for the Holidays

Everything went very well. Beautiful property, not crowded at all, like our own private resort. Heated Pool and Jacuzzi. View from the balcony was Amazing!! Spent Christmas here and it didn't disappoint. Everyone at the property was attentive and very nice. We actually had a problem with hot water the first morning and it was fixed within an hour!!! Definitely recommend this location and propety and will come back during the summer.

Fabulous Beach Vacation

We stayed at this wonderful condo over Cinco De Mayo weekend. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the Puerto Penasco area. The peace and quiet at Encanto Condos are very unique to the area....no motor vehicles racing up and down the beach, almost nonexistent vendors (The exception being masseuses who ply their trade out on the beach. We took advantage of their services on 2 days and it was heaven). Granted you are a bit removed from all the restaurants/bars in town but you will never miss them because the condo has a beautiful, well stocked full kitchen...nicer than mine at home. The views, pools and spas are the loveliest I've seen. Ivan and the rest of the staff were very helpful with any questions I had. Susan was great to work with and very prompt in her replies. If you are craving a peaceful escape to the beach, I would look no further than this unit.

This is a nicely furnished, well maintained unit with an amazing view. We tried to eat most of our meals on the balcony, which is positioned so that we were shaded at all hours of the day (in May). The RO drinking water system is a game changer in Mexico. Wi-Fi was reasonably strong. The pools were large and clean, but most impressive, were not busy at all. Pool snack bar only served overly expensive food. There are a ton of well maintained bbqs to cook your own food. Gym was decent. Beach was pretty clean with some rock outcroppings. Some vendors were on the beach, including massages, drinks and knick knacks. The main drawback to this rental is arguably also one of its largest strengths, which is its remote location. You need to plan on doing all your shopping either before you check in or head 30 minutes into town to hit the grocery store (Leys). With a little planning, this really should be an amazing beach vacation with your family.

Beautiful home away from home

If you like waking up to sounds of ocean waves and overlooking the beach, then this place is for you. The condo was beautiful! It was renovated since we booked it, so it is even nicer than the original pictures we saw. The beds are super comfortable along with the bedding. The towels are soft and aplenty. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Communication with the owner and the property manager was a breeze. They both gave a wealth of information that I truly appreciated. They answered my questions tirelessly even though all the answers were already available in the written communication they shared with me through email, text and messages through the VRBO app. The location is quiet but beautiful for fun in the sun. It is right on the beach, so despite your best efforts, sand will get on the floor of the condo even though it's on the 7th floor. I swept daily and we always took our shoes off at the entryway, but the sand was still there. A small price to pay to be on the beach. All condos, everywhere, get sandy when located on the sand. The only suggestion I can think of is for the condo to provide beach towels for guests to use. Overall, we were all very happy that this unit was available to us for our stay!

Why they chose this property

We investigated all the properties in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). We decided that we wanted a condo with all the amenities that was away from the large condo hotel complexes on Sandy Beach. We love the charm, luxury, large floor plan, and pristine setting of Encanto Living Resort. The pools are gigantic! We also enjoy the whirlpools, fire pits, and sauna. The outdoor spaces are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Encanto Living is paradise!

What makes this property unique

1. This is a place to get away from it all. It's a 20 minute drive from Puerto Peñasco. It's tranquil and peaceful -- a perfect place to unwind and relax! 2. This beach is excellent for shell collecting and tide pool exploring. Keep an eye open for dolphins and whales. 3. Because the condo is situated outside of town, the night sky outstanding for star gazing. 4. Owners and guests have access to the amenities at BOTH Encanto Living and Luna Blanca Resorts. With so many options, it's easy to please. 5. The resort is 2 miles from the Grand Mayan Vidanta's restaurants and golf course. 6. Playa Miramar has few beach vendors and ATVs. So, you can relax beachfront without being disturbed.
