No veo apto la vivienda para alquiler

1º Es una pequeña casa de madera dentro de una propiedad, donde viven habitualmente los propietarios. 2º Las zonas exteriores comunes, muy mal cuidadas, ademas de convivir con 2 perros que tiene la familia, que estan siempre por las zonas comunes haciendo sus necesidades dentro de la propiedad, eso hizo que mi mujer recogiera los excrementos de mas de un dia, ya que con el calor era imposible estar fuera debido al mal olor. (Que conste que nosotros llevabamos un perro y para evitar peleas, estuvo mas tiempo dentro de la vivienda que fuera). Nosotros siempre solemos reservar viviendas con jardin, para que nuestro perro disfrute fuera, y en el anuncio, en ningún momento se comenta nada sobre que hay perros en la propiedad. 3º Piscina, sin mantenimiento, solo pastillas de cloro, pero sin flujo de agua, para eliminar restos de la superficie. 4º En el anuncio dice que la propiedad se alquila íntegra, lo cual no es así, se convive con los propietarios. 5º Eso sí: Los propietarios son unas personas muy simpaticas y voluntariosas. 6º Abandonamos la propiedad un dia antes de lo previsto, ya que nos sentiamos incomodos, tanto fuera, como dentro dela vivienda.
