Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aber das Haus war leider schmutzig: Haare in den BĂ€dern, Spinnweben im Haus, der Boden war nicht gewischt. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand des Hauses. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefĂŒhlt und haben den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen.

Es una autĂ©ntica casa rural en medio del campo con inmobiliario antiguo y rĂșstico pero en mi opiniĂłn,con mucho encanto,ideal para desconectar totalmente, dĂłnde al despertar sĂłlo escucharĂĄs el sonido de los pĂĄjaros (en dos ocasiones pude ver un pĂĄjaro carpintero y un colibrĂ­). Antonio,el propietario,fue amable,atento y servicial.

Insgesamt alles in Ordnung

Wer ein Haus in einer lĂ€ndlichen Umgebung sucht ist hier richtig. Die technische Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. BĂ€der und KĂŒche sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, es fehlt jedoch nichts Notwendiges. FĂŒr empfindliche Personen: In die Toilette darf kein Papier geworfen werden. In den Pool muss man bei lĂ€ngerem Aufenthalt etwas Arbeit investieren, es wehen doch immer mal wieder mal BlĂ€tter usw. hinein. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Lebensmittel sollten möglichst abgedeckt aufbewahrt werden, Ameisen finden einiges auch interessant. Besuch von Geckos ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen :-) Wer Katzen mag - zwei Katzen können gefĂŒttert werden, sind aber sehr scheu. Die Hunde des NachbargrundstĂŒcks begrĂŒĂŸten uns immer mit viel GeklĂ€ffe, ließen sich aber Bestechung mit Wurst besĂ€nftigen. Mahlzeiten nahmen wir immer hinter der KĂŒche ein, sehr schöner Platz. Im Baum nebenan wurde abends immer eine Baumratte aktiv, ungefĂ€hrliches niedliches kleines Tier. Haben wir immer mit einer Weintraube gefĂŒttert :-)

La maison pourrait ĂȘtre idĂ©ale si elle Ă©tait entretenue 
 Nous n’avons pas du tout apprĂ©ciĂ© cohabiter avec des rats Ă  l’extĂ©rieur sur le toit et dans les arbres touchant la maison au dessus de la terrasse. (Photos et vidĂ©os des rats disponibles puisque nous en avons attrapĂ© deux). Nous n’avons pas du tout apprĂ©ciĂ© le comportement du propriĂ©taire qui lorsqu’on le prĂ©vient, il nous rĂ©pond : « ce ne sont que des petites souris des champs. Si elles ont des grandes queues ce sont des Ă©cureuils ». Plusieurs zones de gravas jonchent le sol et les bĂątiments annexes. (Danger pour les enfants) (Photo disponible). Nous sommes arrivĂ©s il a fallu commencer par dĂ©panner la machine Ă  laver et le lave vaisselle (vanne d’arrivĂ©e d’eau bloquĂ©e). Une fois cela effectuĂ©, nous avons du procĂ©der au lavage de toute la vaisselle qui Ă©tait rempli de poussiĂšre. Et pour finir, laver une paire de drap ou il y avait des cheveux et des chips. Le four est simplement immonde 
 nous avons renoncĂ© Ă  le nettoyer et donc Ă  s’en servir. Sans oublier une pĂąte de crabe trouvĂ©e sur un meuble. AprĂšs tous ces points nĂ©gatifs, il faut quand mĂȘme Ă©voquer des points trĂšs positifs : la piscine est magnifique (Grande et profonde) de plus la maison est grande et trĂšs calme.

TRANQUILLE

Endroit idĂ©al pour se retrouver en famille. La Maison et les Ă©quipements sont vieux notamment la literie qui n'est pas trĂšs confortable mais le l'endroit est juste assez isole pour ĂȘtre au calme et tout est assez proche en voiture entre 15 et 20 minutes du centre de SĂ©ville. le proprietaire est tres sympa et je le remercie pour tout.

Landelijke omgeving. Een wat gedateerd huis maar een heerlijke tuin met zwembad en gezellige zitjes

Gastvrije onthaal. Jammer dat de eigenaar beperkt engels spreekt en ons dus niet goed kon vertellen over activiteiten in de omgeving . Auto is wel nodig . Het huis ligt wel afgelegen vam het dorp. Wel heerlijk rustig. We hebben genoten van de tuin en het zwembad.

Bon séjour, belle piscine mais intérieur rustique (installation, literie)

Points positifs : la maison est grande et relativement bien équipée (surtout la cuisine qui a tout un tas d'ustensiles). Les propriétaires sont vraiment trÚs sympa. Maison relativement proche de toutes commodités. Et le vrai point positif l'extérieur ! Points négatifs : la literie n'est pas top et les sanitaires sont rustiques (on ne peut pas jeter le papier dans les toilettes et l'eau arrive par intermittence lorsque l'on prend la douche = mais on s'y habitue trÚs vite ! ). Vers la piscine il y a un peu de vis à vis... Mais les voisins sont trÚs discret et ne regardent pas dans notre direction. Dans l'ensemble les points négatifs ne surpassent pas les points positifs. Et nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison !

Bescheidene Unterkunft

Der Garten ist riesig und schön, im Sommer bestimmt auch angenehm wegen der Schatten spendenden BĂ€ume und dem leichten Wind, der immer weht. Die Ruhe, nur hie und da von bellenden Hunden und krĂ€henden HĂ€hnen gestört, ist wunderbar erholsam, die Distanz zu Sevilla ideal. Das Haus ist aber in ziemlich schlechtem Zustand, es entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen und hĂ€tte dringend eine Renovation nötig. Auch die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Die Doppelbetten sind fĂŒr 2 Personen sehr schmal.
