Apartment located in the stately neighborhood between Santa Cruz and Plaza del Salvador.
It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Real Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment.
The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to the one of Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its flower-filled patios, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma
In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate.
They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away.
It is a quiet and quiet apartment located in a typical Seville House with a separate bedroom with double bed and large closet. The spacious living room is very bright and has a large sofa bed for two other people, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. It also has a splendid balcony overlooking one of the main streets of the Historic Center, such as Calle Francos.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, the appliances are of great quality. A warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best thing about the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Air conditioning, Wifi.
It is a cozy apartment, it will definitely make you feel at home.
From its main balcony overlooking the typical and famous Calle Francos, you can enjoy Holy Week as all the brotherhoods pass through this street. A unique place to remember.

We personally attend our guests and the treatment is familiar and close, as if they were our family. We have a customer service phone 24 hours a day, any need that our guests have will be solved instantly!
Pets are accepted maximum 8 kilos and well educated. 100 euros deposit will be requested to be returned if no damage arises

We never wanted to leave!

We had the best time in Seville, in no small part due to this VRBO. Its location was perfect: a 10 minute walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral, and Santo Cruz barrio, and in the middle of all the tapas bars you could possibly visit. It was immaculately clean, with everything we needed. It even had an elevator (although it's only one flight up, so we mostly took the stairs). It was, hands down, our favorite VRBO ever!

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment,fully équiped, very clean, calm, very well located in the area of Santa Cruz, a few minutes from Plaza of Sevilla, the Giralda Cathedrale, Alcazar's Palace, Murillo's gardens, museum, flamenco's spectacles, restaurant .

Just returned from an amazing trip to Seville made even more perfect because we stayed in such a wonderful apartment. Location and facilities excellent and very secure and safe. Loved the balcony off the bedroom and the terrace. Dealing with Victoria has been an absolute delight. She responded to any queries I had quickly and made the apartment available to as soon as we arrived around lunchtime. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay and would thoroughly recommend this apartment to fellow travellers. Pity our visit was only a short one

Great apartment, FANTASTIC location

If you want to be within a 15 minute walk of everything-this is the PERFECT spot. The apartment is exactly as pictured-the rooms are a good size and it is very clean. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. If you are driving-be prepared that the parking lot is BEFORE the apartment-the city is a labyrinth of narrow one way streets-so if you miss it like I did it means another 15 minute drive around town to return! Communication with the owner and her representatives was excellent. My only suggestion is to fix that sticky lock on the front door!!😄

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

The property looked just as it did in the photographs. It was really nice to have an interior courtyard in this charming 17th palace. The apartment was well appointed though the missing matches was a problem on a Sunday. Hard to light a stove without them. We managed to find an open souvenir shop so this settled our immediate problem. Immaculada who manages the apartment got us matches the next day which was thoughtful. Being in the heart of the city, able to walk to almost everything, is wonderful. Let yourself get lost in the Barrio. It is well worth it. Stop for a cerveza and drink in the atmosphere. Only downside I would say was the smell coming from the drains. It was a little overpowering. All in all though, I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the lovely city of Seville. Stayed here the first week of June and the weather was superb.

The property was quite disappointing. Although location is good but there was lots of construction going around it. The taxi was unable to drop us close to the apartment. The address is quite difficult to most transportation companies. We had to walk about 200 meters with our luggage over cobble stone paths to reach the apartment. Once we entered the building there was a very strong urine smell in the building. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! Talk about location!

This very cute place is centrally located near everything! Nothing is very far and there is a grocery store in the same alcove of the apartment, so super convenient! The check in was easy and seamless. The property manager was available and accessible (thank goodness I didn't need him much!)

Great location

Great location if you want be right in the heart of Seville. There’s a great little market with fresh bread and produce just footsteps from the front door. The apartment is large and clean. If you want to experience everything Seville has to offer my wife and I recommend staying here.

Seville Luxury Apartment

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed and checkin was flawless and extremely easy. From the time we entered the apartment we were amazed at how beautiful everything was. The marble floors were stunning, the balcony overlooked the street. Unfortunately we had rain and were unable to use the centre sunroom but it looked incredible and if the weather had been different we would have enjoyed sitting there relaxing with a glass of wine, reading and just after a busy day touring and sight seeing. The apartment was close to everything, great restaurants, a wonderful breakfast/brunch place (3 minutes); the Seville Cathedral and Real Palace (6 minutes). The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom also. Loved our stay. Gerardo was very helpful getting us into the apartment. We plan to come back to Seville and stay longer. This will be where we stay, if available.

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

We stayed here at the start and end of our Andalucian trip. The apartment is in a great location, just minutes walk from both the Cathedral and Las Setas. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the balcony in the bedroom, and spent time in the evening watching the world go by on the busy street below. Communication was good and Carla who met us at the apartment, sent directions which included a video of the outside entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Friends Trip Away.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Location is superb, property was spotless. In the day we were leaving Clara allowed us to stay on in the apartment until we were ready to go as the next guests weren’t arriving till later. Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. Fabulous apartment

After a little confusion getting into the apartment, we really couldn’t fault our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Seville. With plenty of space the apartment comes with a lovely bathroom, large bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and TV. . The location is amazing, centered in the old city with a supermarket next door it’s just minutes from Alcazar Cathedral & La Giralda. Roughly 8 minutes to Setas de Sevilla and a gentle 15/20 minute stroll to the river. Plaza de Espana is easily walkable too. You’ll be well placed to enjoy the busy vibe of the old city, strolling the narrow winding streets and relaxing in the many cafes and bistros. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

We had a good time overall in Seville…. It’s a beautiful city. We arrived late and struggled to find the apartment. (Instructions for finding key and getting into building were excellent but once in, the crucial instructions for finding the flat were poor) we called the host who was very helpful. The apartment is comfortable and decorated in a quirky style. It’s very well situated in the heart of the old city but I have to say it’s not next to the Cathedral. The Cathedral is a few streets away ( is it a language mistake maybe…? It’s near but not next to)) There is a balcony but door was locked so no access. There is a terrace which is deep within a sort of well or courtyard in the old building. There isn’t a view from it. It smelled faintly of smoke. Air conditioning was good but overall I felt the apartment was slightly stuffy…. Strongly scented air fresheners around. That all said, it’s well equipped and stylish. Location is fantastic, ( did I say there’s a supermarket next door?). Lots of restaurants and shops everywhere. We really enjoyed our break.
