Loft Alameda, finished in recently, located on the ground floor of a house on a peaceful street right off of the Alameda de Hércules. Seville.

Spacious (65m2) and high quality materials. There is a vestibule, an independent bedroom and an airy living-dining room with an American-style kitchen. This space leads to an upper level holding a second bedroom. The apartment also has a bathroom and a small Japanesse Patio.

Holy Week Sevilla

Had a Fantastic time! Stayed one month and toured the surrounding cities. Cordoba my favorite! Apartment feels like home. Miguel EXTREMELY helpful. Location Fantastic- must eat at “Corner Hotel” and Manolo Leon. Holy Week is extremely crowded.

Klimatisierte Ferienwohnung in Nähe des Stadtzentrums

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Zwei Schlafplätze sind auf der Galerie, die über eine Raumspartreppe zu erreichen ist. Wir fanden die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. Im direkten Umfeld befinden sich Bars zum Frühstücken. Ein vor allem bei jüngeren Menschen beliebtes Viertel ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch den Weg in die Stadt haben wir gerne zu Fuß erledigt, was etwa 15 Minuten dauert. Gemessen am Preis ist die Wohnung eine gute Basis, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Op loopafstand van de stad , prima borrelen en eten om de hoek en toch rustig. Met lekkere bedden een prima plek om de stad te verkennen.

Appartement bien situé, idéal pour période chaude

Séjour de printemps 2016 (avril) réservé pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Cet appartement est idéalement situé à proximité immédiate de la place Alameda de Hercules (5 à 10 m à pied du centre / cathédrale, la place est située au nord du centre ville). La place est très vivante le soir, présente une variété de restaurants de toutes catégories (certains très recommandables, d'autres pas), terrasses où siroter un verre, petits commerces très proches (petit Carrefour très pratique par exemple). L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel (attention : pas de lave vaisselle mais un lave linge). Couchages séparés pour enfants ou deux adultes séparés en mezzanine au dessus du salon/salle à manger. Cependant mis à part la chambre séparée du reste qui donne sur la rue (calme) par une fenêtre à vitre opacifiée de l'extérieur, la pièce à vivre n'a aucune lumière directe (un puits de lumière seulement, avec faux arbre à guirlande lumineuse... la pièce étant situé en sous sol). Salle de bain humide aussi... (odeurs d'humidité tenaces). Propriétaire sympathique et discret facilement accessible (habite à côté), parle anglais. Pour résumer un appartement certainement idéal en été où il peut faire très chaud à Séville. A déconseiller aux claustrophobes.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

Really enjoyed my stay at this apartment it had everything you needed and was in a perfect location with the best restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Only a few minutes to the main attractions, would definitely recommend to all my friends and would use the apartment in the future. Miguel the owner was really friendly and easy to reach, my booking changed on the day of arrival and he was very helpful. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Great Location

The apartment was sparkly clean and everything was within walking distance. There was some kind of fair going on in the Hercules Square while we were there, to add more adventure. Miguel gave us many suggestions for places to eat, and he was right on the money. Miguel was very helpful and very close by. We came by car and had some difficulties finding the place, due to a nervous breakdown of our GPS. but once we found it, we were thrilled. You really don't need a car here. We parked it when we arrived and didn't use it again until we left for Madrid. There is a great grocery store not far away, it is in the basement of the complete department store, El Corte Ingles. We loved this place. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would stay here again. I thought that it was romantic with the tree lit in the atrium. Enjoy this place, we did.

séjour agréable dans un loft spacieux !

Le loft est agréable et spacieux ! Les enfants ont adoré leur chambre en mezzanine ! l'appartement est très bien situé où l'on est à 10 minutes à pied de tous les sites . Miguel est un très sympathique et présent en cas de difficultés ! Les espagnols sont très à l'aise pour garer leur voitures dans des parking étroits , moi , il m'a fallu une demie heure , l'accès se faisant en marche arrière exclusivement à partir d'une rue étroite! The loft is clean and confortable ! The children love their room on the mezzanine !Miguel is very friendly and present for helping us . The loft is very well situated! It was just difficult for me to park the car in the garage situated in a narrow street !
