Great location near San Bernardo tram and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Loved having an oven and spacious kitchen. Layout worked very well. Also received a warm welcome with a good orientation to the city and neighborhood from Karina. Recommend to anyone staying at least a few days.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although our arrival was delayed, the host made the check-in process effortless with clear and timely instructions. On-site parking was a great convenience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to grocery stores, pharmacies, public transit, and plenty of great restaurants. It was 10 mins walk to the cathedral, Alcazar and about 15 mins to plaza de Espanya.
We had a very nice 2-night stay here to enjoy some of the holiday festivities in Seville. The apartment was very clean, easy to access, modern, and perfect for our needs. Even thought the elevator was not working, the unit was on the first floor so it didn't impact us much. Coffee maker was supplied with pods (bonus!) and the heating was zoned for living area and bedrooms. Overall, a great place (with parking!) that we would probably use again!

The apartment was quite lovely and well situated.. The problem was that the booking staff told us numerous times that they would greet us if we arrived before 9pm. But the arrival staff told us on the day of arrival that they quit at 8pm. So they couldn't greet us because we arrived at 8:20. And the entry code they gave us didn't work. And it seemed an imposition to have someone come over the next day to complete the welcome process.
