NEW apartment, in a building totally refurbished 5 years ago, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walking from the monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Bullring, Guadalquivir River) Just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and places of entertainment, entertainment and services of the city.

In case you're driving to Seville, there's a free parking space available for you at less than 5 min.walk in an underground parking.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the elegant and bright living room there is a large sofa bed 1.50 meters wide (once made bed), which allows to sleep 2 additional people.

The dining table is extendible up to 10 diners.

Its modern kitchen is fully equipped, with all the large and small appliances needed (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave).

The floors are of marble and all finishes are of the highest quality.

It also has free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber.

Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around the neighborhood, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma of its streets.

Being a quiet street and a very well insulated floor of the noise, allows you the perfect rest and privacy.
At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.

It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods run only a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see the brotherhoods and be able to rest when you feel like it.

The Feria de Abril de Sevilla is easily accessed on a nice walk along the river or with direct buses or taxi, which have their stop a few meters.

The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important art gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.
Also, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillian Palace Houses and churches of very high cultural value.

The river Guadalquivir, which runs through the city, is located 100 meters from the apartment. Next to it is the Plaza de Toros La Maestranza and the Barrio de Triana, a genuine neighborhood of artists, bullfighters and artisans.

Beautiful apartment that ia very close to historic sites. Our host, Javier, was welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and like home. If we return to Seville this is the apartment we would stay. We gave Javier a 5 rating across all categories.

Outstanding Place!

Our family of four, along with our two young adventurers, had an absolutely incredible experience at Javier’s charming place! From the moment we arrived, Javier went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The apartment is in a fantastic location, perfect for all our explorations! We can't recommend it enough! On top of that, we dined at the delightful Alimentari Italian restaurant ( first floor of our building) —a true gem with mouthwatering dishes that left us wanting more. What an unforgettable adventure!

Excellent apartment

Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location. Javier is the best host and provides lots of information. He’s thought of everything. One of the best apartments we’ve ever rented. Has an elevator and washing machine. Friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Liked the Italian restaurant nextdoor. Taxi stand at the corner. Loved Sevilla and would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Javier is a wonderful host. Apartment is immaculate, well cared for, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and clean well appointed kitchen. Great location close to all attractions and restaurants/tapas bars. Quiet area. He is well organized with very helpful travel tips on Seville. Great place to stay.

Incredible property and host

We cannot say enough good things about Javier and the property. He met us promptly at the apartment and gave us so many wonderful suggestions. The apartment itself is stunning and clean with amazing AC to quelch the summer sun. The location is perfect for walking all over Seville and it is located on a quiet street thus easy to sleep. We cannot wait to return again!

Great location, perfect for a group or family

Really happy to have stayed here during my visit to Seville in July. Can confirm the AC works great! And, there is an elevator in the building. Hosts are very generous and took the time to meet our group in-person, review details about the apartment and the neighborhood. They even left information about a local doctor. They thought of everything! Javier was available to answer all of our questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wow!

The apartment was great and exactly as advertised. It was very clean and in a great location. The most amazing part, however, was the owner. Javier met us at the apartment and gave us the most helpful, thorough description of the city. He had lists and maps of all the must see sights and best restaurants. I highly recommend Javier and his apartment.

Amazing place, convenient location

Our family can't speak highly enough about this apartment. It was spacious, clean and convenient to many of the famous sites and wonderful restaurants. The apartment was nicely decorated and had all of the amenities we needed. Javier spent quite a bit of time providing us with recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit, as well as showing us a map of the city and the easiest ways to reach the different attractions. He was extremely nice and was readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay in the heart of Seville

Javier was one of the most helpful hosts I have ever encountered. In the apartment was any possible information we could need from restaurants to taxis to things to do in the city. We used the guidebooks left in the apartment throughout our entire stay. Javier's communication was excellent and it was very easy to arrange check-in. The apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balconies and having a comfortable space to ourselves. The location was within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend staying in this flat!

Lovely apartment in Seville

My husband I stayed in Javier’s apartment for our first visit to Seville. He is a gracious and responsive host and provided extensive helpful information about the city and things to do. The apartment is elegant and a comfortable resting spot after each day of touring. It worked well for the two of us, but would also be a great layout for two couples or a family. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment. It was well situated for excellent restaurants, groceries, and tour sites: all walkable. We also took day trips to Cordoba and Cádiz by train and took taxis or Uber or walked to reach the two train stations. We love Seville and this apartment and hope to return.

The aspiration for all hosts

Javier, the host, is absolutely amazing. His suggestions of restaurants and activities are spot on, I actually found a new restaurant I really liked. His attention to detail is impecable, his communication is immediate, the information he provides is exactly what you need, I can go on and on. He is whom all hosts should aspire to be. Great location, great host

We had a fantastic stay in Seville, thanks to Javier and his attention to detail in all aspects of his property. The beds were comfortable, there was ample storage for our clothing and luggage, and the kitchen was well appointed with all appliances that we needed. The apartment was immaculately clean as well. He is the only host who has provided us with such thorough information about the tourist attractions in the surrounding area. This was very useful - thanks Javier! Javier is an excellent host. He responded quickly when we contacted him and was very flexible for our check-in time. We highly recommend this location if you are looking for great accommodations in the heart of the tourist area of Seville. We had a very memorable, fun time here!

Right in the heart of things

We had the pleasure of staying at this great 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment within walking distance of most major Sevilla sites. It worked out well for my wife and I and our two young adult children who joined us. Javier is very communicative in the check-in process. Our daughter was arriving before we did, so he arranged directly with her to meet with her at the property and give her a run through of everything. He had a number of great suggestions for restaurants and the like. We appreciated the fact the property had a washer, which allowed us to clean our clothes mid-trip in Spain. There are also a few cafes and pastry shops nearby, which we frequented in the morning. We would recommend this apartment to other friends visiting Sevilla!

Everything you could wish for

First, Javier. Excellent and prompt communications during the 2 years that we were planing this trip!! Javier met us at the apartment when we arrived, showed us around, sat down with us to orient us with the area, and even arranged transportation back to the airport. Above and beyond!! Second, location. This location is perfect to all the major sites. Generally you are within 10-15 minute walk of all major attractions and dining is right outside your door. Third, the apartment. The apartment is spacious, very clean, modern, has plenty of storage, as well as everything you need (linens, towels, plates, cups, spices, pans, pots, toaster, etc). Javier makes you feel like you are a guest and treats you well. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful apartment in central Seville

The apartment is beautiful. The front rooms are very bright, and even though facing the street, very quiet if the windows are closed. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds. There is an incredible amount of closet space. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook in. If you want to dine out there is a great restaurant, Alimentari, right next door. The living/dining room is comfortable with high ceilings. Good cable TV and good WiFi. Central to all the major sights, it’s an easy walk to the cathedral, Real Alcazar, Teatro Lope de Vega, the tobacco factory, the bill ring, et alia. The host, Javier, is exceptional. The apartment is well prepared & check-in a breeze. Javier has created a map of Seville where is has hand-written letters & numbers with a corresponding list of shops, attractions, and restaurants. This was extremely useful when planning each day. Javier is extremely hospitable, and was great to communicate with from booking to check-out. You could not ask for a better host. When I return to Seville, I will try to book this apartment again. I recommend this rental to anyone wanting a 2bed/2 bath in a great location.

Wonderful location and great apartment and it was very nice to have two bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Location, location, location and charm. This apartment experience was only made better with the absolute sweetest neighborhood all day brunch bar with the most pleasant staff directly below on street level. The apartment managers were very responsive and attentive. This apartment was very much as presented. It was truly a walk-about area with local flavor. If it's available for your stay - do not hesitate. Again, charming!!
The river is a close walk.
If you do the hop on hop off bus for a complete go around first you'll see what interests you.
