Beautiful penthouse brand new in the center of Seville.
Ideal for families or work groups.
The accommodation is extremely bright, quiet and quiet, ideal to rest, relax or work.
It is located in the central district of Santa Catalina and is equipped with a work area, with high speed internet connection (Wifi and / or Lan).
It consists of spacious and elegant living room with two comfortable triplets, two armchairs, shelves, chairs, work area, TV 37 "with satellite and channels" Movistar + "Cable television with multiple private channels and international channels.
Separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of them Suite, 2 bathrooms and terrace.
Bedroom 1, two single beds, bedroom 2, two single beds with entrance to the bathroom, bedroom 3 two single beds facing the terrace. Second bathroom with entrance from the hallway. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and hairdryer. Shampoo / gel included.
All beds are individual so they can be joined or separated according to the wishes of the guests.
Spacious bright living room with two direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is prepared with all the necessary appliances and utensils to make your stay very comfortable and pleasant.
They have all the necessary bedding, and bathroom.
The house has two A / C systems and central heating with two separate areas, bedrooms and living areas.
For babies we have a highchair, crib and stroller.

This apartment is a perfect place to explore Seville from. It is well furnished, spotless, very comfortable and located in a great neighborhood near many restaurants and shops. The terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the cooler evening temperatures. Jose Luis was a super-gracious and attentive host, and helped us several times with booking logistics and other questions. We give our highest recommendation to Jose Luis and his Seville apartment!

Superb Seville Stay!

I'm new to VRBO and was a bit nervous about the process but it could not have been any better thanks to our gracious and attentive host, Jose Luis. The communication in advance of and during our visit was outstanding and the location and condition of the apartment were superb. I would highly recommend!

Lovely Penthouse

The apt was as advertised spacious well appointed and central to the attractions. Check in was seamless and exceeded in ease above many other VRBo rentals. Jose was gracious to make available a host of recommendations for local restaurants and sites. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful accommodation!

Just spent a fantastic weekend here with friends. The apartment is beautiful and immaculately presented. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and due to the size of the apartment we were all very comfortable and the facilities were superb. The host Jose Luis was excellent throughout with clear and timely communication re arrival, entry procedures etc as well as providing a huge amount of info re places of interest, best tapas bars etc. A great stay in a great location, we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Great place that we would definitely come back to!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The communication with Jose Luis was excellent. He responded quickly to any questions we had and had great suggestions on places to see and eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Three Weekends stay in Seville

We had a perfect stay and a very nice time. The apartment is great and very tastefully decorated. José Luis is the perfect host and always helpful. The apartment is quietly located in a side street and only 70 meters from a small square where there are some nice bars. I can only recommend the apartment and would book it again.

Great Location in Seville

Nicely decorated and well equipped, this 3BR, 2BA property worked extremely well for our party of 4. Close to excellent restaurants and groceries, it was walking distance, or easy taxi rides, to the major attractions. Jose Luis was very supportive and attentive.

Excellent location and responsive owner

Everything we needed--restaurants, bakery, groceries, pharmacy, parking, and taxis--are within easy reach. No more than two blocks, in fact. The owner kept in regular contact and provided a lot of useful information that made our stay easy. Highly recommended for sightseeing in Seville.

Lovely sunny centrally located apartment in the heart of Seville.

Rosa and Jose Luis met us and made us feel very welcome and gave us much information where to visit. The apartment was a quiet oasis after a day of sightseeing. Easily returned to even for an hour before heading out again for the nightlife.

Special place in a special city with a special host

This apartment is lovely, with many special touches that made us feel at home. We appreciated the basic supplies left for us. The terrace was perfect for drinks and snacks before dinner, and the beds were very comfortable. Although it’s in a busy neighborhood, it was very quiet even on the terrace. José Luis was very responsive and addressed all questions promptly and helpfully.

Home away from home

We had a truly great stay at Jose and Rosa's apartment. It was spacious, beautifully fitted out and every little thing you could possibly need was there for you. The area was lovely and quiet and we could walk to many things close by, including bars, restaurants and attractions. Even though the weather wasn't perfect, we did enjoy sitting out on the balcony, too. Jose and Rosa were super hosts who were helpful, friendly and communicated well so that everything went smoothly. We would stay again in the apartment in a heartbeat.

Every care given to guests' comfort

We loved our stay in José's apartment. Close to the centre but not touristy. Unfortunately we didn't meet José and Rosa as we would have liked to thank them personally for all the thoughtful touches...masking and parcel tape?! Yes they were there in the drawer. It was a great and quiet place to hide from the heat and hordes. Highly recommended for comfort, communications and location.

Wonderful hosts and a perfect location in old town

We were so pleased to be so warmly greeted by our hosts and very impressed by the special attention they made for our stay. They made sure every detail was covered and kindly supplied us with much more than any other place we have stayed. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is superb, right in the old town area, but quiet and peaceful on the top floor. Reaching the sights and activities was so easy; what a beautiful city. We wish we had more time to stay and enjoy. I highly recommend this place, Rosa and José have made this truly a sanctuary where you can enjoy and feel right at home.

Elegant apartment in the heart of Seville.

From the moment we landed in Seville our host Rosa provided patient guidance and advise on how to make our Seville experience all that it could be. The apartment is beautiful, furnished elegantly, with all the amenities that we could have asked for. Rosa even provided delicious treats for our breakfasts. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We rented bikes to get around, allowing us to see a lot of history in two days. We would absolutely recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a gracious stay while they visit wonderful Seville.

Fantastic apartment, location & communication

Beautiful apartment in excellent condition. High quality furnishings and finishings. Very well stocked and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing; great location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, groceries etc nearby, but close to the major sites; about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. Private terrace was lovely. Showers were fantastic. Beds very comfortable. Electronic access and wifi connection were fast and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. Perfect layout for our family with three young adult children. Would also work well for couples. We highly recommend this property for a short or longer visit and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Everything about this place is very good. The bedrooms are good sized and very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are great. The kitchen is large and very modern with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The living room furniture is very comfortable and perfect for two couples (or even three) for talking or sitting and reading. Their is a very nice patio. And in a country where air conditioning is frequently not up to US standards, the air conditioning here works perfectly. The location is absolutely perfect. It is literally feet from some very nice tapas bars and is only two blocks from the great underground parking garage that is included in the rental price. A very good grocery store is only about 2 1/2 blocks. Restaurant/tapas bar, Meraki, the Trip Advisor 11/2,574, is even closer. I highly recommend Meraki! Virtually every restaurant or tapas bar or anything you would want to see in Seville is within a 15 to 20 walk from this apartment. The owners are extremely helpful and very charming.

Just as wonderful!

After several days at this great apartment my husband and I drove to Portugal for 2 weeks, then returned to the apartment for another 4 nights. It was as wonderful as we remembered - spotlessly clean, everything so easy and walking out into the lively neighborhood - so many tapas bars and restaurants and close to just everything. If possible we actually enjoyed it even more the 2nd time around - being familiar with the area. Loved the terrace and spent at least an hour or 2 with books and wine and snacks hanging out there. Air conditioning was great - worked quietly and perfectly. Can’t say enough about José - so kind and helpful and always available to communicate. We asked for help getting taxi’s both times and he got that done for us right away. For some reason we had trouble doing that but José kindly did that for us. He also left wonderful snacks, water, strawberries, coffee, tea etc. for us which was much appreciated. Many thanks again to Jose and Rosa - you are the perfect hosts and your apartment is the perfect rental - we hope to return someday! Debbie and Ed
