Jose’ Luis is a wonderful host that sent great suggestions for our trip and the communication before and during our trip was timely and very clear.The flat is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The balcony is comfortable and a great bonus that we used often.We appreciated the added touch of a well stocked kitchen with some nice gifts that were placed in the refrigerator for us.Seville is a beautiful city with a lot to explore. We are talking about it next trip there and will be blessed if we are fortunate to have Jose’ Luis host us again.

Jose was a excellent host went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded with our car issue, communicated in a timely manner to all our concerns and questions. Arrived to food in the fridge, wine, fruit, chocolate. Beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Very centrally located to restaurants, markets. As Jose had indicated to us you don't need a car in this area.

The apartment was perfect, even nicer than the pictures! Our host could not be more gracious and accommodating - we were made to feel at home immediately, in fact, long before we arrived with useful information and tips. Travel plans changed slightly – Jose was always kind and understanding. If I could give Jose 10 stars – I would! ! One of the best vacation experiences we have ever had! Highly recommended.

Very clean apartment. Has washer dryer, dishwasher. Everything was in good condition. Great balcony-we used it a lot. Apartment has at least 2 A/C. We didn't use 3d bedroom, don't know if it also has air-condition. One of the best apartments we rented for last 20 years. Thanks.

This was the perfect central and comfortable location for our university graduation trip with our two adult children. Had visited Seville before and this was in the perfect location to see the sites, and take day trips from the train station. Apartment was spacious, updated, clean and equipped with the standard amenities that make a VRBO worth it, not to mention the pantry and refrigerator stocked with staples to get our trip off to a great start. Would stay there again will highly recommend to friends.

This spot is located fairly centrally. Excellent neighborhood feel and easy access to walk wherever you may want in 30 minutes. We loved our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing.

The apartment was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults with great facilities and the air conditioning was a huge relief from the heat! Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, especially the terrace. Very convenient and walkable to most places; quiet and clean. We were provided lots of information by Jose Luis who is a great host. The building has a small elevator which made it nice for luggage and groceries. Can definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice accommodations. We enjoyed the patio in the evening. Location is within walking distance to good restaurants and sites in Sevilla. Quiet even though the apartment is close to fun restaurants.

Great place that we would definitely come back to!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The communication with Jose Luis was excellent. He responded quickly to any questions we had and had great suggestions on places to see and eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Seville stay

This was a very comfortable and immaculate place to stay. It was very well situated just up the street from a lively square with lots of street life and close enough to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Having an elevator was a bonus.
