Great Condo

Great place to stay! The view is unbeatable and the host was very communicative. You just might need to bring some extra toilet paper and dishwasher soap since only a small amount of those are provided. Very safe resort with the beach just steps away!

Great Place!

This condo was perfect for a girlfriend get-away. It was exactly as described and was in a great location! Lots of security ensuring everyone maintained and kids stayed out of the adult pools! :) Great on-site restaurant with great food. Swim up bar was a blast! The condo was super clean with comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Michelle was easy to get in touch with and responded right away! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely updated, clean, comfortable condo with knockout ocean view

Perfect for couples. Sixth floor spectacular ocean view from tastefully decorated unit. The on site restaurant, Ramons was excellent also. Watched dolphins go by one morning. Wonderful for us recently full time AZ residents who miss seeing the Long Island waterways. Only negatives for our stay were: generally windy and cool overcast days (our bad luck) causing annoying wind whistling through patio door that could use new weatherstripping. Also could not get much heat in the unit, thermostat read 72 but felt cooler to us.

Love the Sonoran Resorts

All of the units at all of the Sonoran resorts are the same, but for the furnishings. This is a perfectly good condo with a lovely view. The kitchen had pretty much what you needed. Would have given 5 stars except that there were little maintenance issues throughout. We fixed a few (making sure the refrigerator handle didn’t fall off, cleaning out and adjusting the broken dryer filter) and lived with a few more. Nothing serious, but enough to make you think about them.

First the living room felt like it was going to have in at any moment. Tiles were coming up and grout gone. If you walked on Poof's of dust came out. We were on the 6th floor. It smelled. The kitchen faucet was breaking off. Pool adult pool was not heated. The resort blamed the owners. The beach and view were nice.

Hi Danette, Thank you very much for your feedback. The tiles and faucet have been replaced. Regarding the pool, we have no control over the pool being heated. The HOA makes that decision. My understanding was there was some pool repairs needed at the time of your stay. Unfortunately we have no control over that. We just returned from Mexico and stayed in the same condo. The pool was heated and the condo is in perfect condition.I hope you consider us again in the near future. Michelle

Quiet and relaxing stay

My husband and I ( in our 70’s) stayed in this condo for 4 nights in mid-May. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach most of all, along with easy access to the beach. My husband has difficulty with walking and balance. We found this condo’s shower with built in bench very helpful for him, and availability of on site restaurant for take- out ( lunch and dinner). Sleep was very restful as the condo has a fabulous mattress! We would stay here again.
