Set only minutes away from the town's beaches and a short walk from the world famous Fistral Beach; this apartment is the perfect base to explore the area. 1 bedroom Sleeps 4 5 minute walk from the beach Dog friendly Private patio Allocated parking space WifiThis contemporary apartment has an open plan living area including a fully fitted kitchen with integrated full sized fridge freezer, washer and dishwasher. The kitchen island can be used as dining for up to 4 guests. The spacious lounge area leads out onto the apartments private patio. The sofa pulls out into a double bed and can sleep up to 2 guests.

The bedroom has a double bed and beautiful built in wardrobes providing plenty of storage for the duration of your stay. The modern bathroom has a shower over bath.

Parking for one car is available in the communal outside car park to the front of the building. We are unable to accept groups or singles in this apartment for insurance purposes. This apartment accepts one well behaved dog.
