28 Cliff Edge is a spacious one bedroom dog friendly apartment that offers self catering holiday accommodation on the ground floor of the contemporary and luxurious Cliff Edge development overlooking Tolcarne Beach in Newquay on the North Cornwall coastline.
Guests can book the apartment with a maximum of four guests utilising the sofa bed in the lounge. Bring the family dog and be on Tolcarne Beach within minutes, or take advantage of the amenities the town has to offer.

FACILITIES

28 Cliff Edge has a large outside terrace, secure parking with a designated parking bay, a communal wash down and storage facility for wetsuits and surfboards.

An electric car charging point has been installed for guest use at the entrance to the designated car bay.

At the bottom of the road guests can enjoy the Trenance Boating Lake and gardens with Trenance riding stables, Waterworld, Newquay Zoo and the Heron tennis centre.

LOCATION

Situated on the East Edge of Newquay above Tolcarne beach guests can either enjoy the sun and surf or stroll into the town centre to experience the cafes, restaurants and shops on offer. Alternatively, take the car and head out of Newquay to explore the rest of Cornwall.

KITCHEN

A stylish kitchen inspired by the classic whitewashed Cycladic interior style typical of the Mediterranean, with a built in Neff microwave and oven, a four ring induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar.

LOUNGE

Relax on the colourful sofa bed, turn on the 55 inch Smart TV and watch your favourite Netflix box set. There is a coffee table, nest of tables, extra seating and patio doors that open out onto the large terrace with patio furniture.

BEDROOM

A zip and link king size bed or, if preferred, two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, mirror, chest of drawers, wardrobes and a wall mounted 42 inch Smart TV.

ENSUITE BATHROOM

With a walk in shower, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail, shelf and mirror.

UTILITY ROOM

Separate washing machine and condensing tumble dryer, wc and wash hand basin.

FACILITIES

Underfloor heating, large outside terrace, WiFi, washdown facility for wetsuits and surfboards, an electric car charging point has been installed at the entrance to the designated parking bay solely for the use of guests of 28 Cliff Edge. Dog friendly.

Lovely, modern, clean apartment in a prime location.
The apartment was very modern, clean and of a high standard. It is in an ideal location for the beach, Newquay centre and surrounding areas all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location
We all loved the place. It’s by the very nice beach where one step outside takes you to the sun set Clean, space and functional. Had everything we needed. Amazing outside facility for showering when coming from the beach and storage for the boards. Absolutely loved it and will recommend to anyone travelling with or without kids.

Brilliant!
We stay in Newquay every year and this year we were thinking about not going as we couldn’t find a good, reasonably priced apartment for our dates until we stumbled across this gem! Brilliant, so spacious and I think the most well equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Location is excellent and dog friendly is a plus for us. The bed was a little high and moved easily but it was super comfy. The only thing missing compared to other places I’ve stayed is a little welcome basket which is always a nice touch. There was a handful of tea, coffee, little individual milks and two toilet rolls to be getting on with though.

Stones throw from the beach and bus stop
Brand new , very contemporary, well appointed apartment just 150ft from the sea and less to the bus stop. Everything you need is here and attention has been paid to providing a luxury experience . The property sits on the back ground floor corner of a new sea front development with private underground parking . The coastal bus was so close we didn’t use the car all week . Highly recommended
