Two bed property by the beach and close to town, with easy access to many of cornwall's attractions.
3-4 night breaks from £325.00, 7 nights from £350.00, We are dog and child friendly, with a very well maintained house, and free parking for at least two cars. WiFi to all rooms.
In the lounge diner there is a 43" smart TV , and a lovely wood burner for the winter evenings.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, with everything you should need to make your holiday home feel like home.
Upstairs there are two triple rooms each with a double and single beds, new bathroom with a decent shower over the bath,
Unfortunately there are some apartments being built opposite, so although we have lost alot of the view we once had it is still only a 3 minute walk to the beach. And you can still see the sea.
There are lots of beautiful walks right from the door, whether it's up the coast path to Pentire headland, and back down along the river Gannel with the most amazing views, or down to the beach and along to the shops and restaurants at Fistral beach then up on to Towan headland for more stunning views of the whole of Newquay bay. All the walks and most of the beaches are dog friendly all year round too.

Hi we are Eddy and Gill the owners of Fistral Beach View, we live in the midlands have children, grand children and a dog, and love getting down to the coast as often as we can. We have designed the layout of the house to suit our needs whilst giving considerable thought to the needs of our guests and have made the house particulary child and dog friendly.
Why they chose this property
We bought the property in October 2011, and have completely renovated it from top to bottom, so new bathroom, new kitchen and appliances and decorated throughout to a high standard. Location: Some of the local activities and attractions on offer around Newquay. Pub / Restaurant -60 metres. Shop - 40 metres. Beach - 300 metres. Golf - 500 metres. Fishing/river/sea- 5min walk. There is a pub / restaurant 60 metres away. Local shop is only 40 metres away. (Great pasties). Fistral beach is only 300 metres from the front door! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Salisbury's and a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Bed linen and towels included.

Facilities: Lounge Very large comfortable lounge / diner with seating for 6 people, freeview TV and great views overlooking Fistral Beach and the golf course. A wood burning stove is available for those cooler evenings. Kitchen overlooking sun terrace, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster,kettle, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Bathroom Newly fitted with both bath and good shower with anti slip flooring. Bedroom 1 Large bedroom with fantastic views overlooking Fistral beach. With both a double and a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom 2 South facing bedroom with a double and a single bed, lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. Garden South.
